DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU'RE A WOMAN LOOKING TO GET YOUR CAR SERVICED. This business will take advantage of you and will triple charge you just because they want a quick buck. They triple charged someone I know for a part that is only worth $40 per piece. They should be ashamed of themselves and I hope no woman should have to go through this ever again. Save yourself some time and support a local honest mechanic who won't screw you over!!!

I have purchased a few sets of tires from this Big O location, but the experience I had this last visit was my last for Big O. I went early morning to get a rotate and balance done, and I had a nail in one of my tires that needed to be fixed. They said I was going to have to leave my vehicle there which I was fine with. I get a text late afternoon saying your vehicle is ready. So I get a lift over there and they say "hey we couldn't rotate two of your tires and all of your hubcaps are striped. You can buy new ones at the local hardware store." Why wouldn't they call me to let me know this? Frustrated, I left and drove home and looked at my wheels -ALL FOUR HUBCAP BOLTS WERE STRIPED AND FALLING OUT! (They probably tried to put them on with an impact wrench). They are the only ones that have touched my wheels since I purchased new tires for this vehicle. To boot, my tire still has a nail in it and is leaking. I'm so dissatisfied with the service from this Big O.
