The car wash was fantastic. I did not realize that it was an unattended 24-hour thing so next time I go it'll probably be off hours when it's less busy. It seems like it takes a long time to run it's cycle which is great when it's washing your car and not so great when you're waiting to get your car washed. I'm very happy to have a convenient touchless car wash nearby!

First note was how it took quite a while to get in. The process requires you to park and the system utilizes a single sprayer arm that orbits your vehicle. I paid for the top clean, which seems reasonable at first glance. Problem is that the system is completely touchless. Sounds great, but my car was still a mess after I finished. Significant portions of the car retained a lot of dirt and spots. Might be good if your car is slightly dirty. I hand waxed and buffed my 2019 a couple of months ago. It's a slick surface and yet the water and road film endured the wash.

UPDATED REVIEW………. The wash did not get any of the bugs off the front of the car. It also did not take any bird droppings that were on the headlight and the whole back hat of the car was dirty as well so I called and left a comment. Hopefully, they’re gonna make it right and also hopefully they’re gonna get this wash fixed so it actually cleans because when you’re paying for a car wash and you pay $12 you expect a whole lot more than what I got!! UPDATE!! They called me and explained that they had a technician come out and do some repair and adjustments on the equipment and they offered me a free wash to use anytime in the future… Thank you to BIG RED for making this right!! That’s what customer service is all about.

Definitely the best no touch carwash around. I have been looking for a good car wash that doesn't leave swirls and scratches but still gets your car clean and I think I found it. There's no one there running the place that I seen so it's totally automated. If your vehicle is really dirty I don't know how well it does but the light shows were pretty cool as well.

I'm bummed. I've been here before and got a decent wash. I did the $12 wash and although my car looks shiny from a distance, the hood is definitely still dirty. I don't know what changed since the last time.

Pretty sure this is the only car wash in town that’s not a self wash or a carpet slapper, and it did a great job getting our vehicle sparkly clean! If you care about the longevity of your paint, skip the carpet slapper washes and give this place a try!!

Nice touchless car wash. As of 12/22/2025 there was construction directly in front of the car wash. It was not a problem, the business is still open and it did a nice job cleaning and waxing my vehicle. I will be back.

I was a little disappointed with this car wash. We used a similar touchless car wash elsewhere that seemed to to a better job. Disclaimers: we opted for the lowest priced wash and had just returned from a road trip. While not overly dirty, the car did have several bugs on it. The previous wash had easily removed bug splatters from the windshield, so was my expectation. While this car wash did remove the majority from the windshield, there were some that it didn't get, and it did practically nothing for the front of the car. I've tried to show a before and after of the windshield, as well as after shots of the front end. Yes, the car is cleaner than when I entered the car wash, which is a positive. I opted for the lower priced wash because I wanted to see how well it would actually remove dirt and bugs. I definitely did not want to pay more to get the wax and/or protectant applied over the top of dirt and bugs. I believe it was a good decision. This might be a great option if I can get the tough stuff off first. The dry cycle is really odd. Rather than moving the dryer over the vehicle, as was our previous experience, you have to pull forward and drive through while it "dries" the car. It's nice that it gives you a countdown, but it would take a lot of trial and error to get the timing right to dry the car effectively.

Do not go!!! It will ruin the plastic trim! My Tesla is a brand new 2025, owned it for Less than a week and wanted to go to a touch less car wash. After reading reviews and comments decided to go here. There is also no phone number listed anywhere. Will be filling a complaint, no where is there anything posted that any of the chemicals that they use may alter any of the trim or color of your vehicle.

This was my first time here and I paid $15 for the best package deal. I do understand I live in the country and drive dirt roads and my car was dirty but not terrible just dusty. I came through and the car wash didn’t get a portion of my trunk leaving dried mud/dust on the paint. There also was some dry splatter on the trim of my car also. And the hood had a weird film. I will give them another try in the future possibly just sucks as this is the only touchiness car wash in salem.
