STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHOP! I took my BMW 745 to this shop on 4/27/24 to get looked at because it was leaking coolant and overheating. That morning I popped my hood like normal and put water in my vehicle before leaving. My car and what I did that morning is clearly visible in my ring camera video that I shared. I noticed this morning 5/4/24 that there were scratch marks as if something was dragged across my hood. The shop then tells me that’s how I brought the car to them. I provided video of my car the morning it left to their shop. I will never recommend anyone to this shop they clearly have no morals and values to their shop name. Will never do business with them again. Now I’m stuck trying to get my hood open because they broke my hood latch didn't try to make it right just said that's how it come and then stopped answering my calls!!!

After several years of cool air, not cold, in my 2013 Cadillac ATS, I looked for a place to look at the problem. After reading positive reviews of ac work on vehicles on the Big Tex website, I took my vehicle there. I met Sam, the owner of Big Tex Auto Repair, who advised that he would look at my vehicle. Sam quoted me a price, so I gave the go ahead to fix it. A great job done by his mechanics! So nice driving with cold air during these hot Texas days. Big Tex has my business from now on. My brakes went out on me in a work vehicle and luckily I was right next to an exit and was able to pull off the road safely. Right off the exit was Big Tex Auto Repair & Tire. I pulled into their lot, told them I was in the area for work and what happened. They found the problem, got parts in, and repaired the truck in 2hrs! These guys are awesome! Highly recommend!!!

I called in for a new transmission and catalytic converter, Sam gave me a very reasonable price to diagnose my Dodge Journey. More reasonable than any other place I called. He offered to waive that cost if I did the repair at his shop. He then quoted me a much more affordable price than most other shops I had called and he allowed me to leave the vehicle there right away to start working on it. He got it done sooner than I had anticipated and was a really nice guy. Highly recommended. It's been over a month now and my car has not had any check engine lights pop up or any issues. I'm very satisfied with the work done at this shop.

couldn’t have had better service. i came in for an alignment suspecting my car had issues beyond that, not only did they identify the issue (my front wheel bearings), they offered an extremely reasonable price to fix it and ordered the parts then and there. i only had to wait an hour and the owner is very hospitable, it felt like 30 minutes! they test drive your car before and after to be sure they fixed everything. real stand up guy, i appreciate how honest he was.
