Bad job. . Over spray of different color on my car. Told the owner of the shop aboutvthat. His response was I give you a discount and you asking for a good job. After six months the bumper is coming loose on both sides will never use that shop again

I wasn't able to get my car fixed (it was totaled) but the customer service exp was great. Upon seeing my car, Alex knew I was in danger while driving & offered to speak to the ins Co so they could move faster. I spoke with Alex mostly but his father was in on the car evaluation & his brother assisted my husband with checking in the car. They were all gr8 throughout the 2 week process

I worked as an insurance adjuster for a few years so I understand body repair and pricing. Dropped my truck off after some damage while off roading. Dropped it off on Monday the 18th of Dec and it was done on Thursday the 21st. Owner was up front about pricing and didn’t over charge. They did a great job for any price. 10/10 value 10/10 craftsmanship 10/10 timeliness 10/10 customer service.

On July 8th, 2025 A driver and passenger were joyriding, speeding and recklessly switching lanes before they double collided with me on I-635 all while carrying no insurance. I was robbed emotionally, mentally and financially in this situation. Fortunately I found Alex’s shop with a quick Google search and got a quote for 1/3 of the price I’d gotten at 2 other shops. Repairs were quick, accurate color matching and excellent customer service. Alex was really flexible with the timeline of repairs stretching it to let me pay the balance once car was finished. Overall great experience! I recommend everyone to him now.
