I had an amazing experience. My car felt like it was brand new again as if I just pulled it off the lot. It drives way better than it did before. And when I got it back, they detailed that thing from the inside out with a new wax job and wheel detail to boot. And I expected the repairs to take a month... it took ONE WEEK than that's with ordering the parts! SUPER IMPRESSED!! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs body work. And after looking at the paperwork, man... they did the work for cheap! They also called me every step of the way to let me know what was going on. The communication alone was worth 5 stars. (even the advice they gave me on another issue was spot on) A+++++

One of the best repair shops I've ever used. The repairs were done in a timely manner and all problems were fixed. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant. The mechanic showed us the repairs that were done and made sure we were satisfied with the work before we left the property.

I had my car repaired at this collision center, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I initially took my car in for a significant scratch on the side of my door. However, what followed has been a series of problems and repeated trips back to the shop due to poor workmanship. First, I had to return the car because the paint job was warping, which was frustrating given that it should have been done right the first time. After that, I noticed a loud whistling noise coming from my window when I reached around 40 mph—something that never happened before the repair. Additionally, a part of the side window came off, which wasn’t an issue before and when I rolled my window up or down it was crooked and slow. The communication from the shop was terrible. They took so long to respond to my concerns that I ended up having to contact the corporate office just to get my car back in for repairs. Despite taking my car in for a second time to address these issues, nothing was fixed properly. The whistling noise is still there, now even louder at 60 mph, and to make matters worse, my front light is now coming loose. What’s even more frustrating is that during the process of fixing the initial scratch, they damaged things that weren’t even an issue, such as my window. Now, I’m left with a car that’s in worse condition than before I took it in. At this point, I don’t even want to take my car back there for a fourth visit. I’m concerned that it will only be another rushed job, and I’ll have to deal with even more problems. I would not recommend this collision center to anyone based on my experience. Edit: Someone reached out to me after this review and said they would be in contact with me to fix the issues. No apologies just wanted and explanation. It has been over two weeks and haven’t heard back. Just proved my point.

I dropped my car off February 14th and then picked it up a few days later. When I got in all my loose change and the drawer a small speaker was missing. I went back to ask what happened to the car nobody seem to know. Andy came out to the car and said he only took pictures of the exterior of the car and they would order the part and replace it. I called back to speak to a manager and was told he was at lunch. Then they they would send me to voicemail. This is the second review that I put on here the first one was deleted. It's very sad I will never use them or recommend them to anyone. Please make sure you take everything out of your car because it will be taken.

The vehicle still had scratches when I picked it up, I have to go back again for them to repair that. I was very surprised that there was dirt or grease on the seat, stirring wheel, and the door that upset me. That should be an automatic service to clean a vehicle before it is returned. The staff was decent, not overly friendly, quick to collect the money that I owed them as soon as I walked in. Made me feel like I was just another transaction. I would not recommend this place, and they are only open 8 to 5 Monday through Friday, not convenient for most people. I definitely would never go back nor refer anyone to them. This was a preferred shop from my insurance company, but I have no idea why. Maybe they will learn from this review, but I doubt it. 😑

I received my car back a week ahead of schedule and it looked brand new. I’ve never worked with a body shop that was this professional. They are a well-oiled machine.

It’s been a terrible experience. I brought my car in to have repairs done after an accident. I brought it in on a Wednesday, and I got a text update 2 days later saying it would be available for pick up on Thursday. I plan my week around it and Thursday comes and I get another text 90 minutes before the end of the day that it’ll be ready the next day, Friday. I call and they confirm it has been changed to Friday and if I can’t do Friday, they’ll hold it until Tuesday since it’s a holiday weekend. This is unacceptable since I needed it for the holiday weekend, and I had to get off work early Friday and cancel after work appointments and plans to go pick up my car. As I’m driving it home I see that the steering wheel isn’t aligned and the eye sight cameras weren’t calibrated. I was in a rush to get home to attend a grad party so I didn’t immediately take it back to Joe Hudson. I called a few days later and explained the issue. They told me to bring it in on Friday at 4pm to take a look. I did and all they told me was to call them Monday morning and bring it in again. I called for 3 days and each day I got told something different as to why they couldn’t start repairs. It’s now Friday and they were supposed to give me a call 4 days ago. I have not had anymore communication with Joe Hudson and I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Joe Hudson did a great job with my vehicle repairs. They communicated with my insurance company so I didn't have to do any extra work. My vehicle was done before the scheduled time. The repairs were done well, they let me inspect it before I drove off, and the vehicle was clean when it was returned to me. The employees were very friendly as well. I definitely recommend!

They stole $2000 worth of electronics in audio equipment from my car while getting repairs done. Ripped it right out of my vehicle. Then told me there’s nothing they can do since it wasn’t bolted down. Basically the worst experience you could expect from an auto repair shop. Go somewhere else. If it’s insurance have them send you somewhere else too. Even with photo evidence with time of day they told me they can’t see the business or an employee in the photo so there’s nothing they can do. If you have an issue please report it to the better business bureau and create a police report like I have. I would not leave any expensive vehicles with this location. Edit: To their response below. I have yet to hear anything from this location. I have attached the pictures I took before drop off and screenshots of the video I took while still in their parking lot after pick up. As stated above I was told unless there is proof the before pictures were taken in the parking lot I'm out of luck. Unfortunate for myself but I hope everyone reading this can make their own judgments. Anyone else notice something missing? (hit: its my subwoofer). Last point, you cannot remove this subwoofer without unbolting the cable which they decided to just rip out.

Feel like I was scammed me and Geico gotta go pay their hair. I paid my part and they didn’t do the job and parts that we’re probably paying for it didn’t get put on. Don’t feel safe driving my car anymore because I don’t know what’s gonna happen next a total thumbs down For Joe Hudson collision !!!!

Yelp Review I am so upset about the “service” I have received from this company. I had an accident in February they were recommended to my insurance company. I have so many complaints but i speak about their work first and the service second.The first time i took my car to them. They returned it without my Camaro sign, they messed up my door, and the paint job was also messed up see pictures. They asked me to come back so they could assess my car and after they looked at my car they asked me to come back Monday. I was also told it would only take a day to correct my issues. It took until Friday. When i go to pick it up Friday it is still messed up. They only put on the Camaro sign and did not fix the other 2 issues. I tell them that it’s still wrong. They tell me they were unaware of them fixing anything else… and I’m thinking you just kept my car for 4 days just to put the Camaro sign back on. So they tell me they are going to keep the car . Monday afternoon i get a call stating that my car was ready and i needed to be there by 5. It was nooon. There was no regard given to my schedule and the things i have to do. Anyway I pick up my car and i don’t see anything wrong on the side where there was damage so I took my car and left. I wake up this morning to see they damaged my bumper on the passenger side. This is the worst service I have ever received from any collision center. The service is also horrible because there were never any updates about your car just a random call at their will to tell u that your car is ready and must be picked up by 5. I feel taken advantage of because I am a woman and i pray this review prevents this from happening to someone else! I had several panic attacks dealing with this issue because as a woman they know you don’t know so they try to take advantage of this. Please do your research before taking your car to places like this.

From the time of drop off to pick up was 7 days turnaround. Car was repaired to immaculate condition. Nothing was missing, just follow their instructions. They took care of all communications with the insurance, I just had to drop off the car at the specified time and picked it up when they told me it was ready. Would highly recommend.

If I could rate 0 stars I would! My experience with this place is absolutely upsetting. I was referred here by my insurance on trying to fix my vehicle they ended up declaring a total loss to which I disputed an owner retain process I know have my vehicle but the headlights they sent back are NOT my vehicle’s headlights. I called the body shop and was simply told there’s nothing they could do!? What kind of dishonest people work here? Seriously!? Yeah NEVER coming back here again.
