I took my old truck in to get my window fixed, they charged me 45 dollars to fix it and they didn’t do anything but roll it back up and pop it in its track. When I rolled down the window it was still messed up. They refused to give me the 45 dollars back!

Bill was actually going to repair my engine. He called around for about an hour trying to find the best priced engine for my Nissan. He took the time to make sure my car was his number one priority and I know that he would have done a great job. He is a family friend and I would recommend him to anybody who needs a quick fix. Then, my muffler was awfully loud and he fixed it for VERY cheap! I was surprised because I thought it would be very costly! I drove away happy and satisfied and if I ever have problems again, i will definitely go to Bill agian! The people that work there are soo nice and just want to help. I appreciate everything!

These guys are incredible! I had a car with a dead battery at my house and I called Bills crew and they went to interstate battery bought the battery and brought it to my house and put it in for me. They also plugged the hole in my truck tire while they were there. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is needing auto repair!

These guys have always been good mechanics and honest with me. But some of their practices are suspicious. They only accept cash and on one occasion had me pretend like I was an employee of theirs so that I could purchase a part from the local honda dealership. These things aren't too bad per say but couple that with grungy interior, right wing rhetoric and propaganda all over the place, and some hard-around-the-edges and the whole package feels off. Again they were always honest with me and did a good job with repairs but I can no longer in good conscious support this business

Very trustworthy! Have our fleet maintained by Bill and his team. Never had a problem here!!! Bill and his team are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to taking care of you. There is also a nice little waiting area where you can watch TV while sitting in a recliner.

I used to go to Ried’s for all My car repairs but after he took retirement it was hard to find reliable automotive repair shop and Person. Either places are really expensive or poor quality . Bill was really friendly and very professional . I got shock absorbers and struts installed. His quote was really competitive .His work was good. I am happy. I would go again and would recommend this place .

Never again! Told these bozos I needed a tune up! Gonna say they look good. But I'm miss firing a day later. When I tell you to do a job that I'm paying for, you do it! I'll never return! They will rush you for your business and say they closing so you can hurry your car there but while time they never leave. Will bug you on the phone knowing they just taking to you! They will forget to put bolts back in! Don't trust these alley mechanics!

I took a car that had nothing wrong with it when I purchased the car. Bill and Bryan too the time to go over this car and they made it run. It's hard to find parts for my car but he allowed me to find them and bring them in. Bill and Bryan are the guys to see in the Peoria area they know what they are doing and fast about getting it done

If I could give A zero star review I would. Took my vehicle to the shop, thinking I could trust Bill that he would be ethical and do a good job. I paid him $1600 for repairs to my vechile, however, the work that was done in his shop caused far greater damage to my vehicle then initially was in. When I took my vehicle back to ask him to look at it, he told me there was nothing that he could do. I DO NOT recommend anyone to use this shop.

My car had been getting routine oil changes at a reputable business, and apparently along the way they forgot to replace the O-ring, which caused my car to be leaking oil more and more as the months went on. They actually recommended me to Bill‘s Automotive to see if he could figure out the problem and he did. I felt the repair price was pretty affordable for what cars cost these days. I took my car to his shop and we drove it to my work. He took the car back and then dropped it off. A week later after the parts were in they picked up my car fixed it and brought it back. It did help that I was relatively close. But I had a great experience with them.
