Irritating when you are in the store waiting while telephone calls are managed first. That is a huge customer service mistake! I have already been waiting for 10 minutes, why does a phone call take precedence over an actual person in line waiting to pay?

Service is great, convenient location. I enjoy going here they're fairly knowledgeable. Like all the other auto supply chains the prices are competitive with each other. Staff is friendly and i enjoy going to this location

On April 3rd 2022 I bought a brake hose and remanufactured caliper at the Peoria Heights store for $156.00. The next day I returned because there was no dust cap for the bleeder screw only to find that was an additional $6.00. The people were friendly enough, it's the corporation that has such disregard for its customers. Why not include the dust cap and charge a few dollars more or at the very least advise the customer it will need to be purchased separately instead of having them drive back in to buy it and then lay underneath the car again to install it, Not good businesses!

I bought a light bulb for my Mazda 3 and it's a challenge to replace. Ryan took his time and changed the bulb for me when certain other auto parts stores won't even attempt it. Great customer service at OReillys:)

Went in there today and got great service. The guy I think his name was John had the part I needed for my car and told me how to put it on. Good prices and helpful. Will be shopping there for all my auto needs.

They had the second item a serpentine belt that AutoZone didn't. The young lady with the wrench ring finger tattoo was very helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend to show here you your auto parts needs.

The employee that was supposed to be helping me lied to me just because he just didn't want to go outside and help me with something on my vehicle that the O'Reilly team is know to do.

My windshield wiper broke right when crazy snow hit today and thankfully I was a half mile away from the store. The young man behind the counter not only picked the wiper blades out for me based on my car model and year, but he even went out in the cold weather and put them on my vehicle. In the mean time I had the privilege of chatting with the lovely amazing women inside in the store. I cannot thank them enough for their kind efforts today, if it was not for them, I would have been lost. Again, many thanks!

Called and told me they would put my battery off to the side for me & would be able to install it, told them when I would be off work. I arrive there after I get off they don’t have the battery set off to the side & won’t install my battery. The younger looking guy & the older guy both rude. Totally a bad experience.

Went in on Friday 04/11/2025 around 230/3pm parking lot was pretty much empty...it was nice outside so I could've went to Napa or Auto Zone but since this store is less than a Mike from my house & me being new to the area I decided to go...Caleb was at the counter waiting on a guy who had to go to his car & check something for accuracy...Caleb never acknowledged me & there was also 2 more other guys working in the store...neither of them acknowledged me either...the older white guy answered the phone so I spoke to Caleb & he act like he was insulted that I would address him...definitely not going back...customer service is NO GOOD!

O'Reilly has an old guy that really doesn't help much. This is the second time I have been in the Peoria Heights store. I don't think I will ever be back. As you can see, the lot was empty.

Last product I buy from this location. Customer service is terrible to the extent that I asked for a bag for my stuff and the guy simply handed me a bag. I live close to this location, but will gladly drive farther for better service. Even if the prices are higher.

Came in on a busy Saturday morning. I would say that every customer in that 20 minutes I was there needed one-on-one service (including me). They handled it well, was quick to offer assistance. Employees in the back came out and helped when it got extra busy. They had what I needed. Store was clean and shelves were organized. I can’t expect them the change the world but in this day and age, when most store employees would rather avoid making eye contact with you, it’s nice to go someplace where they ask if you need help, and then provide it.

Ive always a good experience at this O'Reilly Auto Parts. Came in for a car battery and was helped quickly. They looked up my account saw what battery I got last time, 5 years ago, and grabbed it for me off the shelf. They even will do a price match on the same products from other stores! A couple weeks ago I went i for a couple windshield wipers and something to shine the car tires and again was greeted promptly, asked if I need any help and then proceeded to help me find the right wipers and tell me about a few different tire shine products and which ones were more of a value which i appreciated. Also got some anti fog spray for the visors and windows! Didn't know that stuff even existed! Anyways after paying the bill they even offered to switch out the wipers! I did it myself but appreciated the assist. Thats real customer service right there!! I think we all can appreciate a little help every once in a while and the sales people at O'Reilly are always helpful. They do offer buy online and pick up in store from their website which is time saving and convenient. Not sure how price matching would work with that kind of purchase method but you can also just give them a call in the old telephone and order that way if its easier. Not sure about paying over the phone and picking up your stuff but again it would just take a phone call to find out! Anyways thanks to the team there at O'Reilly auto parts for always being kind and helpful.
