Came by to check on the progress of my bike and everything was moving along perfectly. They gave me a few different options for repairing my bike and tweaking the FuelPak for sea-level altitude (been up at 10,000 feet the last 14 years). I also wanted to get my Spluthe stabilizers installed and am planning on bringing them in next week so they can be put on professionally by these guys. If you have a Harley Davidson and need work done on it, this is the place to go.

Easily the best Harley and other motorcycle repair shop in the area. Called one morning about having a tire done on my 2012 SG, Bill gave me a great price on the tire, did it fast, and also called to let me know my brakes could use changed to and showed them to me afterwards. The guys here are knowledgeable and super friendly. Some bike shops it seems like if they don't know you, you won't be getting great service. That isn't at all the case here. Also the place is like a museum! Tons of history and experience with Bill and his garage.

My husband just got his first motorcycle and Bill and the guys up at the shop have been a wealth of information, charged reasonable prices when we've been help, & always been able to fit us in when we were in a pinch. Plus they're very military friendly! Overall, I recommend Bill's very highly.

Bills is the place to go if you ride in the Monterey Bay Area! I have had nothing but great experiences with this place, the guys there are top notch and know how to build customer loyalty. They put new tires on my Harley (2 hours) and got a part in for me in one day that would’ve taken a week elsewhere. 10/10 recommend this place!

Left my HD with parts (clutch rebuild kit, new ignition, seals, and a carburetor kit). Got the bike back with none of the parts (I purchased) installed and are nowhere to be found. Took it home sputtering all the way, no clutch action, barely at all, as I shifted down to a stop it wouldn't go into first until I played around with the clutch release. The speedometer and odometer aren't working. And a was charged for work done that can't be explained. Sorry man, but you guys are giving what your Uncle Bill worked hard for many years to build a terrible name.

First of all, they charge me $150 just for the labor to replace a tire. I already removed the wheel and brought wheel and new tire to the shop. Well $156 because I paid with my card. Second, I left my phone number so they could tell me when it's done. No call, no answer when I called. I had to go again in the afternoon to learn it was done . The previous shop charged me $60 for the same work. Will not go again....

James the business owner needs to go back to school and take a business class or something because he does not know how to run his shop. Issue after issue with this guy had to bring back the bike 5 times, he does not audit the work that was done and forgets everything. My issues never got fixed by the way and his answer to the problems are "oh, I forgot" or "I don't know". You need to be honest with yourself and do a better job at managing. Sorry man your a friendly guy ill give you that but incompetence in the business world gets you nowhere I hope you figure it out buddy.

Really nice employees and owner I called this morning about having some tires installed on my front and rear of my motorcycle brought it in with bought the tires across the street at cycle gear and they got it done and under an hour and a half reasonable prices conveniently located next to cycle gear for when you want to buy parts to bring to them with the bike to have installed I definitely recommend this place to everyone efficient fast and thorough in getting it done right thanks bills!!

Only place I trust to take my bike. They've been around forever and they know their bikes. Shop has been in the same family for many years and many of the mechanics still work there today. Everything coming out of Bill's looks awesome.

Professional and Fast! Cannot say enough good things about this shop, they literally saved my a$$. I found myself with a damaged front tire on my 2022 Zero SR electric motorcycle on a Saturday before I was due to be at MotoAmerica to take photos of the Bay Area Electric Motorcycle Club, Tytlers Racing and Stefano Mesa on his Energica Eva Ribelle. I called these guys at 930 am right after they opened. By 11 am I was back on the road with a brand new front tire from Cyclegear across the street and made it to Laguna Seca just in time to start shooting. This shop was fast, professional and incredibly friendly with great pricing. Only charged me $80 for a half hours labor and they had NEVER worked on an electric motorcycle before! Absolute Pros, they got me in and out and for a shop filled with Harley's and custom choppers, I was expecting bit of flack for my electric bike, and got nothing but curiosity, acceptance and speedy high quality service. 10/10 would recommend, I'll be back here in the future! Whatever you need done, these guys can handle it and will do a great job. New shoe feels great. So grateful to them for keeping me in the game!

I had a great experience. James was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and fairly priced. I broke an exhaust bolt off inside my cylinder like an idiot, but he got it safely removed, re-wrapped my exhaust pipes, replaced my leaking rocker box gaskets, and fully tuned up my bike within a week. To top it all off, he replaced some rusted old spark plugs for free and helped me resolve a taillight issue (over a half hour of work) at the end of the day at no additional cost. Thanks, James! You’ve got yourself a lifelong customer.
