Getting into an accident is never fun and is super stressful. However, Matt and staff at Billion collision were very timely (especially considering the holidays) and did an excellent job keeping me up to date on progress! First, and hopefully last accident, but could not have asked for a smoother process overall. My car looked just like it did before the accident and was sparkly clean as well! I was in my first and hopefully last accident due to hitting a deer. The people at billion collision were nice. They made it easy to go thru the process of getting an estimate done and worked well with the insurance. This was the second time they had worked on my car and had good experiences both times.

Really disappointing quality. A little over a year after I got a repair done here and the clear coat is flaking off. I’ve moved now and their warranty only covers them fixing it... why would I want the people that screwed up the paint to re paint it? Now I have to go out of pocket. 2 stars because Shelby was nice on the phone. Update: the number they gave me to try and resolve things was just to a sales manager in another state who had literally no idea what was going on or how to fix it. He then passed me on to other people who never returned my calls. The “we’re so sorry” message was nothing but a façade to appear as though they tried to make it right. They however did not and my paint is still chipped. So thank you to Dallas or Austin which ever for doing a terrible job mitigating the situation!

Outstanding work and in great time! I had the two driver-side doors of my Hyundai Elantra smashed and scraped in a parking lot collision and now the doors look as if it came off of the assembly line. Absolutely phenomenal work and they handled the insurance side all themselves so I did not have to. The repair took 5 business days, brought it in Monday and got it back Friday. They also call you at least twice to let you know the estimated work and to tell you how the repair is coming along. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Dropped my truck off on 2/6 to have the left front quarter panel replaced. Followed up on 2/9 and was told they had just put the quarter panel on and it was going to paint that afternoon or the next morning. I just now received a text on 2/17 that they "are shooting" to have it done by 2/21, meaning it needed a week and a half for paint. I've had entire classic cars professionally painted, with 2x - 3x the amount of paint and clear coat that my trucks is getting and it was done in less time. Timeliness doesn't seem to be a goal Billion Collision strives for anymore, which is a shame because they used to be good at what they did.

We had a great experience with the autobody-collision repair service for a major repair project. Eder was great to work with. He kept us informed every step of the way and took care of insurance contacts during the process. It was repaired sooner than we expected. Hopefully we won't need their services again, but if we do this is where we will go.

Was told these guys do crazy good work and will make It look brand new when done. There was a decent dent on the car I was going to buy and scratches all over it. I was told it would be sent over to get the dent pulled and scratches buffed. Showed me the service records of them doing the touch up and dent repair but looked like they didn't even touch the car. What a joke

After just buying our new 2024 Honda civic from billion only 8 days later we hit a deer! We had just gotten this car because our 2013 civic got totaled so this being the 2nd accident in a month and our only vehicle it was devastating. But we called billion let them know what happened and that insurance had already done an estimate. They had us bring it up same day and gave us a loaner car until our car is ready to pick up. They were very nice and have kept us informed about everything. Today our car should be ready to pick up. Haven’t seen it yet but I have no doubts that it’ll be as good as new again. I recommend billion if you’re looking to buy a car and if you need repairs billion collision is where to go! Definitely happy with the customer service all around!

Amazing Customer Service! I accidentally took my passenger mirror off in a car wash. I called Billion Collision Center a little after 4 pm. Sam answered the phone and asked me if I could stop by for them to take a look at it. I immediately drove there and before I even parked, Eder walked out and greeted me and looked at my car. He walked me in and in less than 5 minutes the part that was needed was pulled and installed! And, the part and labor was only $45! I couldn’t believe it! I was so happy with the cost and speed of the repair! They were also both so kind! I will definitely be back if anything happens again! And, I will definitely tell all my friends about my wonderful experience! Thank you Sam and Eder!!

We're from Mt. Pleasant, about an hour south of Iowa City. After hitting a deer with our 2012 F150 (immaculate inside and out, low mileage) we used Billion Collision as they are one of State Farms certified shops. My wife took it there on a Friday for an estimate, they ended up keeping it as they had a spot for it. Exactly 1 week later they had it repaired and did an awesome job! This week Billion Collision Repair repaired collision damage to my Honda Accord. The quality of their work is superb. I met Mr. Jacques, Billion’s estimator, on May 5. He clearly described the estimate, the estimate was fair, and he arranged for Billion to immediately start the repair. Billion completed the repair on May 7. Mr. Jacques deserves special mention, since he expedited the repair and was available for questions.

They are a rip off. They charge you $130 prior to your appt. My daughter got an oil change so her total was $256 after the assessment charge of $130. They didn’t even air up her tires or put in washer fluid when they checked it over. THAT IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMOR SERVICE! Never again!

I’m very happy with the team, communication, and outcome after bringing my vehicle here for a repair. They even shuttled me to work and then to enterprise to get a rental. They updated me every step Of the way. My dad also used to do collision work, and he was impressed that they correctly fixed the roof of my vehicle that was dented when a garage door malfunctioned and smashed my vehicle. Thank you so much.
