Alex and his team are the best. I will not take my Mini CooperS anywhere else for service. I am so grateful for this team, the time they take to explain exactly the work that needs to be done and then provide excellent service. My Cooper, G-Money has about 117,000 miles on him. Alex keeps him running like new, like the ultimate driving machine it was built to be. Nope, no reason to go all the way to Schaumburg, the closest Mini Dealer to South Side of Chicago. If you have a BMW product, go no further than Bimmer Car Care. You can thank me later!

I’ve been looking for a dealership alternative that I could trust and they were recommend by a neighbor. They replaced the engine mounts and rear brakes on my 2014 Audi A6 and I could not be happier with the experience. Freddie and Alex were extremely helpful and the car was repaired in a couple of days. Great service and fair pricing. Follow-up: This was my second visit to Bimmer Car Care for routine repairs to my Audi A6. They do great work and only the work that’s needed. None of those long extensive dealer lists here. Before you go anywhere else give these guys a call.

I have been taking my 2017 X3 to Bimmer Car Care since 2021 and these guys are a God send. They are very professional, thorough and transparent every time I take my car in for maintenance and checkups. Not to mention they are very efficient and friendly, I am always in and out of the garage in no time without having spent a fortune, which would be the case of I took my car in to the BMW dealer. The folks at Bimmer car care had told me that I had a valve cover problem, but that it wasn’t urgent. A few months later, when the check engine light went on for another reason, I dropped the car off and they fixed that problem and the valve cover problem at the agreed-upon price. My car was ready the same afternoon. I highly recommend this place. And it’s much more reasonable than the dealership I was going to.

Hadn’t been to Chicago a week (moved from GA) before my car breaks down…coolant leak! Of course I didn’t know of anywhere to take my x3 so a simple google search and a pleasant conversation with Alex reassured me. They were able to diagnose the issue within a day and had the work complete a few days later. I felt the cost was reasonable considering peace of mind is paramount! Can’t put a price on that. Excellent experience! I passed this place many times when I lived in the city. I needed some work done on my car and reached out to inquire about a diagnostic. Cesar replied promptly and explained the fee and we discussed the items I needed addressed, specifically engine mounts and tires. He was able to provide me with pricing which was incredibly reasonable compared to the dealership. I was able to get the work complete in a day. Very friendly and easy to work with.
