Professional, fast and efficient. Haven't done mufflers, so can't talk about that part of job, however, I'm going to give them a chance when time comes for it. Also, very courteous personnel. I don't understand those one star ratings because of something irrelevant.

I urge to anybody to pass by the shop and see by them self how the dogs are treated,They are a happy dogs and well fed. This person is wrong with her comment, in fact we don't have the dogs for security we acepted to keep them with us because their last owners didn't have time to take care of them anymore,so they were looking for someone to do it,otherwise they would take them to CACC and everybody knows what happens with these animals. With all my respect I would like to ask this person if she thinks that is better to keep the dogs or take them there to be killed?if she choose the second choice so she is being more cruel.

Well... I see the building is still up. Umm... I almost got murdered there 17 years ago there at 11am on the 8th of june when it was named "El Charro". All because I was dressed nice, picking up my repaired caprice to pickup my newly born daughter the day after her birth. Mistaken for a rival gangmember. Come to think of it, I wish nothing well for "la villita", hopefully gentrification takes over. Just venting on the barrio. Probably great establishment though 👍

Place f up my car. My car went in with little damages only to get it returned with much more damages. They also had the front part of my car dented. When I asked for the cameras surveillance, they said they were going to show me— yet they never did. On top of that, they have two dogs that they never take care of. They keep them by the ally, leashed up and poorly taken cared of. The shed and bed that they have in the back is literally falling apart. This place is a big no.

Worst mechanic i’ve been, apparently they don’t check your car after they do the work. Had to get towed after they “fixed” my car and didn’t get any apologies, mechanic actually laughed when i asked if they had inspected it after they did the work and they also gave me my car with no oil and no warning of the car needing oil as well .

Perfect place to get your auto checked up. They are very honest about there work and have very good people skills. There fast and are great mechanics. The dogs there are well fed and the leash is around 7ft. The employees recently built a house outside for one of there most loved gaurd dogs. Over all a great place!! 5stars

Very unprofessional. They over charged me and didn't even finish the work. They broke my head light and scratched up my car. They were very rude and didn't give me a discount at all. I would never go back to this place. Don't come to this shop They will rip u off big time. All there part they over charge like crazy. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY OVER CHARGE ME AND DIDN'T FIX WHAT I ASK FOR!!

So, a friend of mine mentioned this was a good place for quick and economical service auto repairs, so when I needed shocks replaced, figured I'd drop by and check them out. Called, they gave a labor quote that was very low compared to a couple I had received from a couple of the chain Muffler shops. Was at their door when they opened, got right in... started work while I waited. Then they showed me my tie rods were bad too... so I got that quote, was reasonable so said go ahead on that too. Checked the parts costs, since I usually shop parts and bring them with... and they were at same cost I would have gotten, so they didn't take the opportunity to hit me there, which I appreciate. Have to say they were polite , informative, and very knowledgeable, but above all, good work at excellent prices. So I'm glad I went there, and if needed, will certainly go there again. And they took great care of their dog....didnt look like he was just a shop dog... happy and well fed... and stayed around and visited while they worked...so not sure what all the fuss was about.

Cervantes is truly Awesome. It's a family business. They are very polite and professional. The services are high quality, fast and affordable. I visited this establishment three weeks ago. I had my rear brakes and rotors replaced. I purchased my own parts previously elsewhere & needed this repair done quickly. They were very accommodating and got the job done ahead of my expectations. I was very satisfied with the service. I'm definitely going back soon to have the front brakes & rotors replaced as well as an oil change.
