Made an appointment a day prior. Juan (I think that his name) stated 10am. Got there around 950am. Since its early, I've waited. 10am comes still have to wait until they open the store pass 10am . Afte 20 of going back and forth, they finally attended on me and able to drop the car. The guy stated that they will con tact me and it will take 1 1/2 hours and will call me when its done. After 2 hours, no call. Soni called and asked if my car is done. The guy seems confused when I called and then states ita done. Came to ice up my car and now another issue that the lady says they cannot give guarantee since they have to peal off the old film and it will cost me $190 (from the original quote of $120) and it will take 6 hours to get it done.diamayed and upset, I decided to just pay the $120 .and I was Bout to have my other car done on their sho but with this service, I will juat bring it to a more professional and better service than this one.

Went to get a radio installed that I had bought myself and then after they installed it they told me that the radio I brought was defective and that also my speakers were bad. As soon as I got home and checked it myself I noticed they forgot to connect one of the wires. I connected myself and everything worked perfect. It felt like they did it on purpose so that they can try and sell me one of their radios and speakers

Left my car and they said they will call me once it’s done in about 2 hours. Came back 3 hours later giving them a extra hour just in case and my car hasn’t been worked on. They were working on other vehicles that weren’t there when I dropped off my car. Confronted them about it and said I can make a appointment with $20 deposit. These people are a joke. Don’t spend your money here!

These guys are great! I always use this shop because I am in Oceanside area and visit family in Rialto. They always do a great job tinting my windows at a reasonable price. The quotes I get in Oceanside are double the price than BJ&J Window tint. Just did another one of my cars yesterday!

Lady in the front shouldn't be working there. Doesn't have good customer service and isn't helpful at all. Always late when opening the shop. And takes her sweet time opening up when she's already 20 minutes late. Will not be going back. Messed up my truck and now it's having multiple issues when before I took it there to have 1 problem fixed.

Guys here very dishonest i had 300 cash brand new bill got stuck together price was 200$ I was in a lil hurry to pick up kids so without thinking i grab cash and paid them untill later I realized i have gave them 300$ instead of $200 I called to ask if i over paid wich i know for a fact I did his answer is I already deposit cash and I don’t know how much I made that day well it easy go back to your receipts of your sales before your deposit and you will see it’s over by 100$ but to them it’s impossible don’t go here very dishonest people sad in my opinion rather come up on a extra $100 instead of gaining a loyal customer I have more car I wanted to bring but not no more keep away from them all I can say is Karma will pay them back if I can give them zero stars I would don’t get robbed by these people

Three of my vehicles have been tinted here. I've kept coming back because their prices, and workmanship were perfect. However, I believe this place is under new ownership, and their prices have doubled. Still great, and fast work. But now they're just as expensive as everyone else. (Depending on the vehicle) 240 (Basic) 340 (Mid) 440 (Carbon)

They did a great job tinting my car looks very sharp and completely transformed my vehicle I would recommend!. The only thing is I wish they could be a bit more careful they scratched my car a little here and there, especially at that price range. Overall was a pretty decent experience they took me with short notice & the pet parrot was very cool. Would of been a 5 out of 5 if it wasn’t for the scratches.

Dont come to this window tint shop. They dont tint windows verry well bubbles and bad cuts and also broke all the clips on my center console trim cover. I had to remove them my self. They didnt even have the courtesy to let me know i found out my self afterwards. Dont waste youre money here you will regret it

Bad experience installed a alarm system blew a fuse and caught fire window tint left with bubbles went next to fix it and didn’t do anything this shop has a bunch of complaints for bad service
