I had a great experience here. I needed a new battery for my BMW and Bryant was very helpful the entire time. I went to a couple of Auto Zones to test my battery but they always had a difficult time doing so since it’s located in the trunk. Bryant was able to get it checked and accommodated my schedule to get it replaced quickly. He even mentioned I could use a coupon from the website so I can get the best price. His customer service is top notch. I definitely recommend coming to this location!

Amazing staff! Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable, this was quick and easy. **edit*** Worst place. Do not come here. This place is a complete rip off. Came here with some spark plug issues, they stated they would replace them and do a full check up. I had issues the minute I drove out of there, had to go back and they claimed my car had no oil. Keep in mind they stated they did a “FULL” check up prior and charged me for it. My car was rattling and making a weird noise to start, they left my hood slightly open which slightly resolved the issue once closed but a day later it was back to the same issues. I decided not to go back as the manager and technician weren’t taking me serious. They kept insisting it was a new issue. Finally after a month I was able to take it to a real mechanic who now states my spark plugs were never changed! They called another professional and read him the information they provided me with what was physically found in the car and it didn’t match. So I paid over $600 for them to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. This place is a complete rip off. They don’t care about you, they don’t care about your car and they will completely rip you off too.

On a stormy day i went through a puddle which loosened a undercarriage body panel causing it to scrape on the ground fortunately I was within two blocks of the Pep Boys service center and they had me back on the road and less than an hour and did not charge me for the work done either. Five stars!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They checked the tires. Told me they would not suggest a tire rotation. The tires were worn past the suggested point of replacement. I asked for a quote received it when picking up vehicle. No pressure sale suggested I review it and let them know also look on website and see if looking at a different brand.

I recently took my car into a Pep boys for an inspection after I had gotten my water pump done from another shop, (it's a mess) and Assistant Manager Victor gave me great advice and what do about it he really helped me and answered all my questions. I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from this Pep Boys location. We brought our 2014 Nissan Versa in after it overheated, and they diagnosed it as a fan issue. We paid $708 for the repair, and while the car started working again at first, it completely stopped running shortly after. When we took the car to an official Nissan dealership, their technician informed us that Pep Boys had reinstalled the fans incorrectly, which caused the car to fail again. In other words, the very repair we paid for created another serious problem. When we contacted Pep Boys, they showed no accountability for their mistake and demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and mechanical knowledge. We trusted them to repair our car properly and safely — instead, we were left with more damage and more expenses. I would not recommend this location to anyone. They clearly lack the skill and care needed to handle even basic automotive repairs, and their customer service is equally disappointing. If you value your car and your safety, take it to a certified mechanic or dealership instead.

This place is so good. Ken and Jen are quite the dynamic duo at the front desk. They are so great 👍 The lobby has a place to wait and hangout, a bathroom, TV, snack bar, and free Wi-Fi. Went in for an oil change and was done in an hour. But I got in super early. I worked remote while I waited and had no issues.

Had to stop by Pep Boy’s store #1669, due to an issue with my car. I had a bad experience at a different Pep Boy’s location due to that I found myself in tears at this location. Victor was extremely helpful. Listened to what was going on, and why I was a mess. He was courteous, polite, and did everything in his power to help me out. They got the inspection done in a timely manner and were able to figure out what was going on. Took care of it and I had my car back by mid day (which was great since the other location had it for 2 whole days). Highly recommend this location great and knowledgeable technicians and amazing customer service.
