These guys are the best. They have done a lot of work on my 67 Chevelle and has always explained to me what they are doing. This is the only place that will ever work on my classic car. If you want 1st class work on you vehicles this is the place.

First thing, I chose Black's Tire and Auto because they have chosen to support the Myrtle Beach Pelicans. As a season ticket holder I support who supports my community. The experience was excellent on all levels and I appreciate the fact that they test drove my vehicle and found a problem that my Nissan dealer did not find on a recent inspection I had there. I will return to have that work done. The service person at the desk was outstanding 👏

To make a long story short, I took my car in on Sat and explained that it was surging especially when stopped at lights . The guy who did my intake is not one of the regular mechanics employed. I will not get into that! Anyway I was charged incorrectly and the problem was never addressed. He was a very smooth talker and I do not mean that in a good way.. Anyway had to go back two days later because now the surging became really bad. I hope I am spelling her name right but Carla and the top mechanic there and I did mot get his name, have renewed my faith in mankind. They not only addressed the initial problem they did not charge me. AMAZING!!!!! It is not about meeting their quota but about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Blacks Tire snd Auto on 10th street in Myrtle Beach. These are honorable people.

I’ve been going to Carla forever now! As an Uber Driver she has witness multiple Vehicles ! No disrespect to the Guys they are AMAZING hard workers too! It’s just nice to have a Girl break it down in Girl terms for me, case Lord Knows I ain’t a Mechanic and gotta make sure my Vehicles are in working order to keep Passengers Safe! Can't say enough about Carla and the service provided by Black's. I had a tire sensor reading low air for the wrong tire. Stopped by the shop and not only did they check all the tires for proper air, but they reset the sensor as a courtesy and advised me that if I start to lose air again in that tire to simply stop back. After a few days the tire started to lose air. I called and Carla got me in the next day. 30 minutes later and the car was ready. They found that some flaking from my rim was preventing a good seal, they scrubbed it clean remounted the tire and good to go and the charge was unbelievably low. Exceptional service!!!! I'll be back. PS - By far this is the cleanest and most organized auto shop I've ever been in and that includes the waiting room, bathrooms and garage work areas - wow.

What an awesome experience dealing with manager Carla and her team. I went for a consultation on the advice of two work associates who've used this Black's location for a total of 40 years between them. Long story short they saved me $4000 on work the dealership said was critical which wasn't necessary at all. Wish I'd found them years ago!!

My wife’s car needed wiper blades replaced. Technician at the counter determined that they did not require a special order, pulled the blades from stock right there near the counter, installed them right in the parking lot and processed my payment. New blades are great! Reasonable price! Great service beginning to end. I am always happy with these guys.
