I initially contacted the dealership via their website about a CPO 2012 ML350 after dealing with a very uncooperative dealership in the town that I live in. I received a prompt reply with all of the information and photos on the vehicle I inquired about. I sent over the VIN and other details and photos of the vehicle I was trading in and was given a firm appraisal via email along with a full buyers order. This proved very helpful as I live about an hour and a half from the dealership. Upon receiving the appraisal and buyers order I made arrangements to go to the dealership after work. Our sales rep Robby met us at the door and had the ML pulled up front for us to check out. We went on a test drive and my wife loved it(this vehicle was for her.) After the test drive I grabbed my registration and insurance information and we went to Robby's office where he took down all of our pertinent information. Soon we were in the finance dept to sign everything which was quick and painless. After signing they have a product specialist that went over all the features of the vehicle with my wife. We couldn't have been happier with our experience. No high pressure sales tactics, no typical car dealership games. I would highly recommend Myrtle Beach Automotive to anyone looking for a new or pre owned vehicle. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever had.

I never write reviews but I felt it was necessary with the level and quality of service I received at this dealership. My friend and I purchased brand new BMW's from Robby and I just cant say enough how great and easy of an experience it was. Robby was an excellent client advisor and answered every one of my questions and made my trade in and stepping into my new BMW as well as my friends so easy. I live in Florida and I drove up just to deal with Robby, everything was taken care of and all I can say is it was an excellent experience and I didn't deal with one problem. My friend and I are so happy with our BMW's and all we can say is thank you Robby and thank you Myrtle Beach BMW.

I feel the dealership went over and above to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted. The transaction was prompt and they went out of there way to fix a couple of issues I pointed out on the car. They had these completed quickly since I was on vacation for the weekend. I got to enjoy my weekend and a pleasant experience with the Myrtle Beach Mercedes dealership. Service department was terrific. Efficient, professional and precise. Our second trip to the dealership for service and they have been excellent both times. My only issue is with the attempt to talk with Finance Mgr. After waiting for 15 minutes to talk with him about a 5 minute question, he blew me off without a word, but, through the service concierge that was professional enough to wait with me until Mr. Important showed up. Can you spell Ford treatment ?

This dealership went above and beyond to make the buying process exceptional. My salesman, Dan, provided a no-pressure sales experience. The facility was state-of-the-art and offered a very comfortable atmosphere. The finance department went over my options for warranties and led me to the best fit for my use of the car, which is traveling for business. Although the car was used, it was exceptionally clean and very well taken care of. I know it would not even be on their lot if it was not in such great condition. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Went to Mercedes Dealer in Myrtle Beach to purchase a used vehicle that was online in a photo. Walked into dealership and everyone greet us with a smile and can we help you? Talked with the receptionist and she said would get us a salesman. Jacob Vinson walked out and asked if he could help us. We asked him about the vehicle they had advertised. He said let me locate it and get a dealer tag. He came back with a dealer tag with car brought to door, we got in and drove and were real happy. Let us experience how the car handled. After the test drive he took us back to his office and we said we were interested and what was the price for the vehicle? He had it in writing on a estimate form for us to revue and we said we would like to go home and discuss it. He said please call me if you have any question or I can help you. We called and he answered all our questions and e-mailed us finial numbers. We were so please at how professional the dealership was. We asked when we could pick it up he said he would get it back to detailing and fill with gas, I asked if he would call when it was ready. We picked the vehicle up looked great and what a great feeling to have a full tank of gas and have a wonderful experience at the dealership. Will recommend the dealership as a great experience Thank you for having a dealership run as this one was.

Our experience was great! For new residents of the Myrtle Beach area we were treated royally! We did not have an appt., but a problem arose with our 2010 Mercedes 350E requiring immediate service. One call to Mark and he took good care of us. Received a beautiful Mercedes 2017 SUV for a loaner, and had it until our car was serviced. It was a wonderful experience and plan on using them for all maintenance services in the future.

I live in the Charlotte area and there are BMW and Mercedes dealers here but would make the one-way 4-hour drive all over again just to have a dealership like this. Just purchased a X3 from dealership , when we got home and went through the car we found no Spare key . I reached out to the salesman no key was located??? I then had the sales manager call me and basically say he can’t and won’t do anything to get us a spare key and if I wanted a key it’s 750 dollars to buy a new key… I was never told this vehicle only has 1 key and we were there for 2 hrs with the sales rep. I take full responsibility for leaving dealership without checking for spare key never again. I wish I had done a better job of researching the people and company I spent over 35k with. Buyers be ware !!!

My first Mercedes vehicle and my first maintenance experience with it. Experience was excellent from entering to leaving. I am very particular about my vehicle and so is Mercedes of MB. The video inspection is a very good feature. Dealers other than Mercedes in our area seem to me to have two levels of service, one for area visitors and a lessor level for locals. I found Mercedes of MB to have one level of service front to back, top to bottom and that is one of EXCELLENCE.

Terrible experience from the entire facility. Dropped off our bmw and Mercedes at the same time as we always do. Two birds one stone. Everytime we do the same experience The best way I can explain it is we are treated like a burden and not like luxury. We have been to quite a few dealerships over the years that feel like 5 stars. Yours is 2. Clearly a divide between the sides and the same spill/ experience on both. If there was a closer dealership to me I would go in a second. Unfortunately they run a monopoly. If I didn't have to go to you I wouldn't. Less than luxury for what we pay. Do better

We had submitted an online inquiry on Sunday, and true to his word, Mike called us first thing Monday morning to follow up. This level of proactivity and attentiveness set the tone for the entire process.
