I have had my Lincolns serviced at Beach Lincoln for the last 6 years. I've had one service problem and it was rectified quickly. They have kept my Lincolns running well.

I though I had an emergency (I didn’t, I’m an idiot who doesn’t understand coolant levels). They squeezed me in quickly even though they were obviously already busy with existing appointments, topped me off, checked for leaks and then did not even charge me. They even found a quiet area for me to wait in since I’m temporarily immunocompromised and I’m not supposed to be around people right now. Thank you so much, Beach Ford.

So very sad. Once a great place for service. Now it’s Take it or Leave it. We can’t help you. We don’t have the resources. When you walk into service dept everyone just keeps their heads down until it is extremely obvious some one is standing in doorway. Heard a lot of excuses. But the bottom line is the franchise is not as successful as it once was with Beach expanding into other Brands. I was sold a great car that had promises attached. Now the promise is if you have a month to wait we will get to it. Not much I can do and now afraid the problem may get worse. Just pray they honor the warranty.
