I had an accident involving the passenger side of my car and by chance I stopped into Performance Collision and what a great experience I had starting with a smile and immediately had an appraiser( Peggy) come out and evaluate the damage which was pretty extensive which involved not only the side of my car but also the running board. Within a week I dropped my SUV off and had it back within 4 working days and WOW what a great job they did. I was so pleased with their work and professionalism. I highly recommend them!!!! They do a good job. My only pet peeve, they turn on my radio,change my station. Turn on my AC.left it on!, and radio on too.when I turn on my car. Back tail light cover to be fixed. Not my radio and or AC. That is going to far. Put a radio in the garage for all to hear, DON'T USE OTHERS, NOT YOUR PROPERTY TO USE.NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS BEEN DONE TO ME AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Mikey, Gerry and Peggy Ann were absolutely wonderful! My car was involved in a wreck and this was the collision shop that my insurance highly recommended. After first hand experience I can certainly see why! I was informed through the entire process via text message. This is an absolutely company!!!!!!! ALL THE EMPLOYEES TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY!!!!! The ones that complain about this company are the ones that want everything given to them! My Fiancé had their car in the shop for only 2 weeks! Once it was completed, it turned out to be just like brand new!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COLLISION CENTER!!!!!

This company is absolutely horrible. Do not take your car here. If you have a family member that is vulnerable has any type of disability they take advantage of you they lie to you they wreck your car. They do more damage than what was done to it. they pretend that there’s damage that’s not really damaged from the vehicle from an accident so they can build insurance companies. Beware do not use this company awful awful awful they should be put out of business. Absolutely awful. Jerry is the worst adjuster. They have there patronizing treat people treats women like they are stupid. Stay away. I would give this a zero star or a minus if I could.

Brought my car in to be repaired after collision. There are a few pros and cons. Repairs were started fairly quickly, which is nice. I was able to track each step of the process, with updates and an estimated completion date. Damage was pretty significant so I understood it was going to take some time. It took around 1 month for the repairs to be completed and was returned to me. Everything looked really good and was happy with the work. Two months later, after the curing time for the paint job, I noticed a lot of defects. There is a lot of noticeable particles underneath the paint which has caused bumps. There is some overspray that I saw, there was pitting on some areas. Some edges were not smooth, lastly there were some chips of missing paint. I brought up the concerns since they have a lifetime warranty and was asked to bring my vehicle in to get this corrected. For now, my experience has been both good and bad.
