Long time Costco member. Good prices on tires, but the service needs major improvement. Bought these tires based on the price being about the same as a local tire store but including a warranty for repairs. Almost a two hour wait for a simple screw in my tire and no appointments available for another week. Just called the local Mavis discount tire ( formerly tire town) and they are able to take me into the shop in 15 minutes. Spend a little bit extra money, support local, and save time in the long run.

Ordered tires from Costco & they sent me the wrong tires not to mention they refused to install the tires recommend for my truck by Costco. They also lost my custom valve stem caps & my drivers side door was covered with Grease. Should have went to Sam’s Club or BJ’S.

Had a 1 o'clock appointment for 4 new tires. Dropped the car off at a few minutes before appointment time and was told it would be ready in one hour. Didn't walk out of there until 3:30. Prices were fine, but not worth the extra time. Would not recommend. I will shop locally next time.

1. Excessive paperwork - it is nearly 2025, yet they use archaic, outdated business processes requiring 5-10 pieces of paper for just a tire rotation. 2. Long wait times. Appointments are usually 1/2 - 1 hour behind. 3. New, nitpicking managers will refuse to patch or plug your tire and honor your road hazard warranty, and will pressure you to buy new tires, if a puncture isn't perfectly located. They cite "guidelines" or rules that other tire shops or even your dealer don't follow. They exaggerate wear measurements and will refuse to rotate your tires if they feel it is unsafe, despite there being significant tread left. In short, the hassle, friction, and frustation at this tire center is not worth the minimal discount you might get.

Received the best price on the tires I could find locally, but despite having an appointment I waited over an hour just to have them take my vehicle into the garage and then another 1.5 hours for the new tires to be installed. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt… maybe they were short- staffed that day. Alas, no! When I brought the car in for the first tire rotation same thing…..waited an exorbitantly long time for them to even take my car into the garage despite having an apppointment. I will never buy tires at Costco again. My time is too precious for them to not honor appointment times.
