They ran a diagnostic on the battery and charging system eliminating other problems and proving the issue was the battery. The price is higher than changing it yourself but you drive away knowing the issue is totally solved. I am very satisfied with both the diagnostic and the installation.

I went to get a leaky tire looked at. While I was there I also asked for my tires to be rotated. They were unable to find the leak. That didn't bother me because they said it was probably so minuscule at this point. They did say my two front tires needed replacing due to very low tread. I was not aware of this and gave permission to go ahead with the work. They also said my battery came up very low and recommended I replace it. Because I get my batteries at AutoZone I thought I would take it to them to check out. After getting the tires done, I headed over to AutoZone where they pointed out a lot of battery acid corrosion on one post. She sold me some battery acid remover and a special brush to clean the post and said to come back if I wanted the battery checked. Sure enough, after cleaning the post and the attached cable assembly, the battery, starter, and alternator all came up in great shape. I called Black's and said I didn't appreciate being told I needed a new battery when I did not. The girl I dealt with gave an unacceptable answer. I hung up, and eventually got in touch with Chad, who I think oversees many stores, and expressed my thanks for supplying great tires, but disappointment in almost getting ripped off by buying an unnecessary battery.

Inspection service was very prompt and inside staff couldn’t have been more courteous. I assume the service person was also first rate but unfortunately they left finger marks on door facing, visor and headliner of interior . 3 is probably too high of score. May use company again but not that location

My Mother has been given the runaround with this shop for the longest. Why someone recommended this shop to her? I don’t know but to charge thousands of dollars for a radiator and oil pan that still isn’t working, the antifreeze is gone out of her car. Then the lady up there told her to just drive the car up there. Well how are you going to do that with no antifreeze in the car?!!!! When she says she can’t lady told her they would send a tow but she will be charged for the tow and whatever is wrong with the car. IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR MONEY DONT GO HERE!! I’m listening to the conversation all of this sounds stupid. I hate she went here.

Jr, the tech there did an awesome job doing the alignment on my lowered 2023 GMC sierra 1500. I was quoted $125 over the phone, but once my truck was on the rack, the lady at the counter told me that it will be an additional $130 because of the cam locks have to be removed to do the alignment on my truck. I agreed to it but was not happy about it, my bill was $274 and only took 1 hour to do the Front end alignment on my truck. Happy with the work but disgusted about had to pay an extra $130

Not the best experience with Black's Tire. I went in to have all four of my wheels (tires and rims) replaced. The cost was about $45. Great price. As I was leaving, I received a call from the receptionist that they made a mistake and did not include my tire pressure sensors when they put on the wheels. I was informed in order to put the tire pressure sensors on my wheels they would have to remove the tires again and put the tire pressure sensors in and that was going to cost me $185. When I asked why I wasn't told this when I was there and why I'm being charged for their mistake, I was informed they were going to talk to the mechanic about it, but I would still have to pay the $185. Needless to say, I did not go back.

On 1-27-26 I went to Black Tire to address an ABS light on in my 1996 Chevrolet Tahoe. I you tubed the steps needed to repair, thus, preventing the light from coming on. What I recieved was to have a technician place my 1996 Chevrolet on a machine to analyze the problem. The analysis is approximately $140.00. After the analysis they advised that this was something that the Chevrolet dealership could repair by resetting the computer system. Afterwards, I took the vehicle to Chevrolet dealership on Bragg Blvd and they advised that they could not repair the ABS. So, if you can’t repair something , don’t refer me to someone that cannot provide the repairs. I am requesting a refund from Black tire, a company that I have used in the past, and have received outstanding service.I will not take my vehicles to them in the future. I will take steps toward repairing the ABS light by taking steps I saw on you tube that I can perform.Again, a refund for my wasted time at Black tire on Bragg Blvd is requested. I am a retired Senior citizen that cannot afford to waste time and money at a repair facilities that cannot provide a service.

From start to finish, the customer service was top notch. Both Shana and Shilo are great examples of what customer service SHOULD BE. Sadly, it seems to be a dying part of service in today's economy. Shilo especially went out of her way to help me. She gave me a ride home and ensured someone pick me up after the jobs were finished. It is because of the way I- NOT MY MONEY- am treated that I continue to return to Black's whenever I need a service performed on my vehicle. Thus far I have been totally satisfied. Additionally, I felt - and continue to feel - that my TRUST IS WELL PLACED! In this day and age of 15 second gotcha communications on electrical devices, taking the time to provide well informed, trustworthy and economically satisfying answers - especially and often to automotive issues and problems - is rapidly declining in our society. I had a great experience with Shania at Black Tire’s Auto Service for my car inspection. She was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. I came in with an inspection issue that I was stressed about, but Shania quickly identified the problem and took care of it right away. The whole inspection process only took about 15 minutes, which was impressive. She made everything simple, explained what needed to be done, and got it resolved without any hassle. On top of the fast service, the price was very reasonable and fair. It’s hard to find auto service that’s this quick, affordable, and reliable. I highly recommend Shania if you need a car inspection done efficiently and at a great price!
