I can’t for the life of me understand why they can’t get no help and have better service. The store has pathetic customer service from the tire department to The pathetic service inside at the checkout counters —- The service It is a joke go elsewhere.

Very slow. 4 technicians only 1 working in the garage. Checked in at 11:45am they said 2 hours. 3 hours later, car isn't in the shop yet. Only came for a balance and rotation.

This place is a joke! They tell you they plug your tires for free and do not. I've had 3 separate occasions where a tire needs to be plugged and they said it couldn't be done. And this nail was in the center of the tire. Not the sidewall. The center. The kids working there act like retards on bathsalt. I will definitely avoid the tire section of Sams club Fayetteville NC

I will never get my vehicle serviced here again. I went in for a tire change, the lady said it would take 1hr at the most and 3 1/2hrs later my vehicle wasn’t done. When my vehicle finally came in shop it took more than an hour to change the tires. When I went to the viewing window they were just hanging out with some outside buddies talking and chilling.

I had an appointment at 2 PM. The lady who set my appointment told me to be on time as to respect other people's appointments. I was 5 minutes early. They did not start working on my car until 4 PM. I was done at 5 PM. There is no point of having an appointment if they are not going to honor it. Imaging having a dinner reservation at 7 PM and not being seated until 10 PM, or having a doctor's appointment at 8 AM and not being seen until 10 AM. This is unacceptable.

First thing first, nobody is ever available to pick up the phone i wonder why they have one. Second they are unorganized it is a joke. I had an appointment schedule for 2 days, they called me to tell me my wheels arrived. It took them 30 just to register my info and 4 hours to replace 2 tires. And i had an appointment and that not the end of it i brought 2 rim and ask them to be install on the car. What was not my suprise to see them in my trunk and not on the car. After 4 hours wait the guy show with the key, sorry it no our faults it management here is your key the car is in the back, no walkthrough of the work done. I get to the back they already closed the car is outside. They have really really poor service

2nd time here in six months. Both times with appointments for services I was told would take no more than 45minutes. First time they were running an hour behind and didn’t tell me. Thought I’d give another try. Nope. Today my 3pm appointment turned into them not taking my car back into the bay until 5pm. Not happy but ok. At 6:05 they finally actually began the tire rotation. I could have stayed at work until 5 and not lost pay. I walked back to the counter on 2 separate occasions asking for a time estimate so I could just leave and both times I was told we’re working you next. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment at 3pm and finally got home at 725.

Mr. Glen and the tire & battery crew were extremely helpful with ordering and installing my tires. Even after they told me I had to get some new/other lug nuts, they were patient and very helpful through the entire process. I shall definitely be coming back for my other two tires

Bought a set of Michelin tires about a year ago, kept having slow leak in them, previously had them balanced and rotated and mounted, and valve stems checked, no luck finding a problem. Brought them in today and Lynette and Vic said they would personally check everything and take their time and find it. And they did! The attachment seal and valve stem were corroded just enough to cause a very slow leak. She replaced all 4 and it cost me $12. Great customer service, took my complaint very seriously and fixed the problem. Happy customer here!

Worst ever! Had my tires installed at this location and they are not in alignment so I tried to call and make an appointment for them to get them aligned but nobody will answer the phone. After it rings for a good bit, at least four minutes it’s just stops ringing. I have called multiple times in a row and each time it is the same issue. I called to talk to a manager to see if they can assist me and was hung up on. I will be calling the corporate headquarters to address the situation. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought tires here.

Got a tire fir $50.00 and it had 2 nails in it when i checked once i got home (mind you i took the rim only to get the tore put on so it was never driven on for me to put the nails in the tire) and less than 12 hours later the tire blew completely out. I do not recommend this place at all for anything tire related no refunds nothing

Do not get your tires here. Besides the continual really bad customer service they have a bunch of workers blaming problems on one another and not fixing it. If you have a flat tire under their warranty, you cannot make an appointment. It’s walk in only. So you have to get there before opening and stand inline and wait all day and hope and pray they can squeeze you in. While you are stranded there with a flat tire. If they can’t get to it that day you will need to get a ride or walk across the street and get a hotel room for the night and try again the next day. So please.. DO NOT get your tires here….

Woo Lord, the reviews on this place are horrible and I’m wondering “who did yall deal with?!” cuz my experience was good! The staff was helpful and patient with my questions. I walked in on a Saturday and they were too busy, but got serviced the very next day on Mother’s Day. Tamara, Seikou, & Mike were all GREAT! Now, of course, my daughter just got the tires so I can’t speak to the life of them YET, but very pleased with customer service & installation. OH BUT, one thing- I feel for anybody getting 4 new years- tire shine should be included🤷🏽♀️ Idk if I’m the only one that feels that way but come on. When you’re walking up to your car after shelling out $500+, they could at least have someone make it look pretty… that would take 2 mins to do. Anyway, thanks guys!

after buying my latest set of tires I noticed a little vibration so I had to make another appointment & wait to get them checked, balanced & rotated only to have it feel and sound worse!! We have had these tires rotated 5 times 1 we paid out of pocket for an the problem is not fixed! Now today at my appt. this rude worker asked me in so many words which tire is it like I'm a mechanic and this is why the problem hasn't been fixed.... Now he says after it's finished I'll give it a test drive🤔 UPDATE! Because he test drove/really checked it may not be the tires so Nissan dealerships is next...

I ordered Pirelli tires and they never came. I had to call the foreign call center to have them reordered. The tires have tire bloom (chemical browning) on them that cannot be cleaned off and they are very scuffed up. It took two months for a manager to call me back. I could never call her though, she was never available and when you call the tire center, you get sent to a foreign call center. Also, I specifically told a lady at the tire register that I just had all 4 tire sensors replaced, would this affect them and she said no. After the tires were installed, they damaged one of the sensors. I live out of town and had to drive back to get them to fix it. The tire center manager argued it with me, questioning that it was already like that. After having to argue my point, they replaced it. I still have the brown Pirelli tires because the only way I could talk to someone was to drive to the club (out of town) and when I did they were too busy to help me pick out new tires. I gave up. The Fayetteville store has issues when trying to contact the tire department, as well as the store managers. They also should not accept tires from the manufacturer that are being sold as new, in the damaged condition that mine were in. I'm 49 years old and never had such bad looking tires put on a vehicle and I've had new pirelli tires before.

The worst customer service, it’s like they hate their job. Won’t help with information on past tire purchases, unwilling to ever answer the phone after being transferred from the service center, won’t look up last time received a rotation. Super unhelpful. Would be better to pay double the cost to go somewhere else at this point. No point in buying tires from them because the “free” rotations are not worth dealing with these technicians.

Super pleased with my service! I ordered a new set ($900 vs. $1300 the dealership tried to charge me) last night and made an appointment for installation this morning at 9am. I arrived at 840 and they were done by 10am. Very nice techs and my car now drives like butter.
