Had my car for over 6 months. The owner was upset that I asked for an estimated date he will attempt to fix it again. He was yelling at my husband and I. Poor customer service and professionalism. I’ll never visit this shop again and wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. The owner should consider anger management and customer service classes.

( Just to be clear this is not a review on Stewart's tire in auto, Did not have an experience with them specifically I was just picking uhaul) I came here to pick up the u-haul and it took about 45 minutes yes to get everything situated and and then when I finally got in the truck and left it was missing its catalytic converter. I ended up having to bring the truck back 5 minutes after leaving once I realized it and made they did not have a replacement so I had to drive across town I drive across town and ended up getting a smaller truck.

Customer service here is awful when doing business with the son here he has a very nasty attitude against women. The men I know that come here have no problem. Every woman I've spoken too have had horrible experiences including my own mom

I always go to stewart's primarily for oil changes ,quick service, reasonable prices for when I need anything else done to either of my cars. The owners and employees are friendly too. Highly recommended if you need work done your car.

I went there because I had a nail in my tire. There were several people waiting and all the bays were full. I started to leave but went inside expecting for them to tell me to come back the next day. The gentlemen came in, I told him my problem and within 15 minutes my tire was repaired and the price was less than i expected. I highly recommend them, that's why I gave them 5 star, I would do 10.

The most trustworthy place i have ever taken my car to get and work done and I'm a female!! The only place I go now! Why not pay the money to get the job done right! They will tell you exactly whats wrong, even if you're thinking its something expensive, they'll let you know if it's something cheap!! I love them, hands down!!

Not a good experience at all. Not told about a diagnostic fee when dropped car off and when chose not to get repaired the person charged a diagnostic fee. It should be mentioned that there is a diagnostic fee so customer can decide if they want them to check the car. Very poor customer service and attitude from the owner too. Will not return there.

QUALITY - AFFORDABLE - TRUSTWORTHY I've been coming here over 2 years now and i just want to say wow . Y'all really do a great job with fixing vehicles . And not to mention how affordable y'alls prices are. I needed some serious issues fixed with my car . And now its driving like NEW. Inspections are also fast and affordable ! They will talk with you here to make sure you understand everything they are doing and how much each service / fix cost. I recently took my car to get service for overheating and air conditioning not working. The Air-conditioning hasnt worked all summer. Mr. Stewart checked I found that I did not have enough fluids in the radiator and topped it off and let it run a while to make sure that there was no other issues with the car overheating. He checked and said the car needs a compressor. After we took the car back the next day, he checked it and the air conditioning was working. He called me and said it was working now for some odd reason so I asked him what was the charge, he said no charge! I just stopped by and thanked him for his honesty. His smile showed his appreciation that I stopped back by just to thank him.

Absolutely a horrible experience first and foremost the old guy at the counter is rude and unprofessional please retire already buddy! Took my vehicle in to get my clutch fluid bleed dropped it off in the morning and was told I get a call in a few hours never got the call. Called myself and low a behold I had other issues that needed to be addressed no biggie. Ask him to quote me out a price for the job parts included so we can get the work done He said he’d call me back he never did so. I found the parts and then called up there and ask how much labor would be and he told me. this done today and he’s like no it’s too late in the afternoon and my honest opinion they already dropped the ball because if you really wanted to work on my vehicle you would’ve called me whenever there was other issues instead of rolling it out of your shop and moving onto the next car. So I wait till Monday going to the shop Monday to drop off my warranty information so I’m not paying out of pocket for the repairs was told that I was going to get a call back in an hour waited almost half a day again finally called up there to figure out what was going on. when I asked the old man If he had called the warranty yet, he asked me why am I using the warranty? Like really what kinda question is that I could tell he was pissed off over the phone after I told him that I was trying to keep from paying outta pocket he said “ I don’t wanna deal with that if you don’t wanna pay cash your gonna have to take your vehicle somewhere else so I do that the sent the truck away with out the parts that I paid for and left the reservoir for the clutch fluid unattached, and the bleeder valve on the transmission barely screwed in so now the shop that it’s at has even more of a mess to clean up I stopped by thinking. Hey let me check the small business out. They were good on pricing but not with customer. Service are doing the job. I really felt like they never wanted to do the work on my car in the first place, and now someone else is making $2000 instead of them do your self a favor and don’t bother stopping here

I always give a review bad or good but this place I got to say is not a good place to get your vehicle check. I’m only going off of first impression and customer service. This place was referred to me and the person that refer me to this place did say that they do good work but the owner son is very rude and I got to say she was correct. I explained to him that I needed to get my vehicle check and explained what was going on. So this gentleman said if you drop it off next week we can check it for you, I explained that this is my only source of transportation so I would have to stay with it. He said no that’s not how we do business, ( now minded you his father said that I could bring it and wait) so you can drop it off and we will call you. He kept cutting me off every time I went to say something. So of course me being the professional that I am said, okay not a problem but unfortunately I could not do that (as he cut me off again). So I said have a wonderful day and be blessed. I’m not about to leave my vehicle and then intrust you with it. If they do good work I will never know only because how I was treated as a potential client. Smh

Needed a tire sensor they put one on but in a week it stop working I took it back and it was the worst experience of customer service I’ve ever had. The father and son turned red in the face, very aggressive with questioning me with extreme rudeness and callousness! I’m not one to play the race card but I likened their behavior to racial hate/prejudice extremism! I will never go back there and if I can talk to the entire city, do not take your vehicle to that place because if you have a problem and need to return it, their bigotry disables them of good sound and quality customer service!!!!! And all that I said is an under description of my horrible experience!!!!!
