I was in need of a oil change and needed my brakes fixed as well. I was worried about going alone being that I am a female and everyone know these men always find away to charge us more but this place was different ! I brought in my Suzuki areio for a starter change and they took care of me very quickly. They also told me about my brakes which I didn’t even know I needed to get fixed. When I drove off my car was running Better then ever! Stop by and get your car fixed with them, they are exceptional for sure!

I wouldn’t say the worst but not the absolute best when it comes to professional work & on time with things… I’ve waiting 2 weeks to get my rims painted when it was supposed to been done 1 week & I had them install lights under my car but was done unprofessionally the damn control box is hanging underneath my engine instead of properly secured. Never again Will I go back to this place paying good money for poorly delayed assignment.

I dont have many good experiences at auto shops. Usually a woman walks in on her own and they automatically see $$$, however here they treated me like family. Great staff and Stephanie was a breath of fresh air a woman in a shop amazing!!! Thank you J for the timely and for explaining the process. 10 stars in my book. Great start to NC living.

I'm really glad I found this auto shop today. My mechanic Jay was awesome! Very pleased by how honest he is and the price was really fair for the service I received. No wait time at all even though they were pretty busy. Staff is friendly and went above and beyond servicing my car. Highly recommend this shop and will be coming back for future car needs!

Good group of guys. Brought my orange 2016 dodge charger scat pack in the shops for a second opinion as “Harrell's Tire & Auto Service” tried charging me $3,746.00 for brakes, rotors, drive shaft replacement. Brought my car in to their shop and these guys showed me my brakes weren’t bad and even showed me my driveshaft and parts that needed to be replaced. They even took me over to the dodge dealership where I purchased a new driveshaft and even gave me a $100 back. Total cost I spent $1,577- that’s including driveshaft and lower boot joint(I think that’s what it was called) plus labor. We tried finding a center support part for my driveshaft but was unable to. I was good with buying a brand new part. Overall, these guys will be working on all my vehicles in the future.
