Promote and very reasonable. Have been taking my wife BMW and my car for a few years now and they have never disappointed me. The courtesy driver is really a pleasure to talk to and very respectful and kind. They made my relocation here a pleasure and after shopping around for an auto shop and being disappointed time after time they have made me a very happy customer for life.

Seriously the most genuinely kind people I’ve met. Went there for state inspection and a few days later had a nail in my tire and they were transparent about my tires condition. It was a very overwhelming experience that was just made soooo much better for me. I cried and they comforted me. Never going anywhere but here from now on. Thank you guys so much!

I just made a TikTok video about how this is the first time I really felt safe driving in over 1.5 years. They fixed major issues, are thorough, did a thorough inspection, didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary AND dropped me at home and picked up when finished... The peace of mind I feel driving would be worth so much more than they charged. It was fair and honest throughout, and the people there are fun.

On the 2nd of March i went into Harrells on my 2nd visit. I got an assessment on why my belt in still squeaking. They spent 4 hours working hard to find the problem and they did. To replace my serpentine belt tensioner and my water pump along with replacement coolant as required. The price is 1007$ which to me is outrageous because most of the cost is labor. You need 3 hours to do 3 services which I can guarantee can take 40 minutes Max? My 1st visit was a good experience but my 2nd was far from it 2 things I can guarantee that I'd rather take my money elsewhere and that goes for advanced auto parts

I'm SO appreciative of everything Stan and his staff did. I appreciate the fast service and the communication! I will be a repeat customer now. After my last experience at a different location I had 0 intention of coming back. I’m beyond impressed with the level of professionalism and communication from this location!! Harrells has rebuilt my engine and put a new transmission in my Jeep. Not only was it quick (1week) but the staff made the entire experience stress free!! Thank you so much for all of your hard work. Replaced transmission in October 2024 and car starts losing power then it starts shifting itself into overdrive. I figure the transmission fluid needs to be changed so I manage to get it to Harrell's. I tell them what's going on and have a seat waiting for them to check it. About 3 minutes later they call me to the desk and ask did I have a warranty with the transmission. I said I think so. Called where I got the transmission from and there is a warranty. Harrell's will be my new "go to" simply because of their honesty. You don't find too many mechanics who will advise you to NOT have work done at their shop. And for that I am truly grateful. Thanks Harrell's, I appreciate you.

Finding a good mechanic is tough. Even moreso when you're far from home. I went to this shop because they had amazing ratings. When I called and talked to Porsche, she was professional, and helpful. When I got there, they were able to get my truck in, evaluate my issue and all the others my old truck had. The mechanic listed all the things he saw and a detailed approach to handle them. The issue was something that could wait until I got back home to fix, but with everything I would honestly have trusted them to do the repairs. This is exactly how a mechanic shop should be operated. Truly wish they had a shop in Greenville SC because I would only trust them. Thank you!

WARNING: Significant Price Discrepancy Found at Harrell's Auto Shop (Owen Dr.) I wanted to share a recent experience to help others avoid a similar situation. I brought my car to Harrell's Auto Shop on Owen Dr. due to a knocking sound. They provided a shuttle ride back to base, which was convenient. About an hour later, they called to say my brakes, rotors, and driveshaft were bad—despite the brakes and rotors being replaced by them less than two years ago. They quoted a total of approximately $3,746 and mentioned parts could arrive the next day. Before moving forward, I decided to get a second opinion from J&S Auto World on Reilly Rd. They lifted the vehicle and showed me that my brakes and rotors were not worn out. The only actual issue was the driveshaft center support. I ended up purchasing a new driveshaft from the Dodge dealership for $1,257—far less than Harrell's subtotal of $2,115.94 just for labor and the driveshaft. J&S Auto World installed it for $320, bringing my total expense to $1,577. The takeaway: Had I not sought a second opinion, I would have overpaid significantly for unnecessary work. Please be cautious and always get a second estimate before committing to costly repairs at Harrell's.

I called Harrell's on Owen drive and the young lady was so kind and patient with me on the phone. I let her know what my issues were. She then explained in detail what they could do to help me. I was extremely surprised when she told me that the diagnostic of the vehicle is totally free. When I got to the office everyone was so kind. They had complimentary coffee, bottled water and snacks. I also enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and Christian based programming playing on the television. The staff at Harrell's on Owen drive truly care about helping everyone they can. I recommend this location to anyone who needs reliable tire and auto services.
