To begin with, the employees are exceptionally polite,caring and very dedicated to their job, that is so important at first, we felt assured leaving our car for the repair, Our contact person Mr. Chris who took care of our car was very deligent in providing us some updates by calling us from start to finish, the repair was quick and it looks like nothing happened to our car. The team at Gerber location (5130 Raeford Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28304) is TOP NOTCH! From the time that I dropped my car off for repairs, including the time in between to picking it up. I was IMPRESSED! They keep you posted about the timeline of repairs, they did everything they said they would do and I was kept informed throughout.
