The reason I took my Subaru Outback to have it serviced was to replace a burned out HID front headlight. In fact, they recommended I replace the right and left bulb. So I did and now I can see at night. The service was great. Thank you Subaru!

Wow, Mr Erik Morales, Service Consultant, deserves so much appreciation. He ensured my car service was done right. The mechanics there are very well trained, courteous and get your Subaru back on the road safely. I have 120k miles on my 2011 Outback. It was due for the main belt and the tensioner to be changed. (ALWAYS DO BOTH) This dealership has done all of the scheduled maintenence. Its been worth it. She is now cruising like new again. I hope to get another 100k miles. I love these cars. They are dependable, safe, roomy and great on gas. And yes, the Outback is a very comfy ride 😎

It was really crowded and due to the Covid restrictions, there was not enough seats in the waiting room. Thank goodness for the shuttle. I was able to wait at home for my car. The shuttle driver was very polite and friendly.

I was greeted warmly when I arrived. Sign-in is easy and all of my options were fully explained. I love the fact that I get my car back serviced and clean. I was in and out much faster than I expected. I suggest that you go online to see how many appointments are booked and avoid Saturdays if you want to get in and out rather quickly.

Extremely condescending service. Was during the car one night and everything was fine. The next morning when the car was started all the dashboard lights were on. Took the car to the service department and they stated they did a full multi point inspection and checked all fluid levels. They send the recommended repairs and the main item cost close to $1700 (a part for the transmission). I went in later that afternoon to ask a few questions and to check if certain things (transmission fluid shape, and if he had driven the car to see if the transmission was slipping or hesitating) had been checked and the technician rudely responded and said that there was no need to because he just hooked up the diagnosis computer to it and it told him. I then stated that i wanted to take it elsewhere to get a second opinion and pricing for the repair. He very rudely responded “they’ll just break it and you’ll be back here anyway paying more” and turned his back and walked away. I took the car to wheelers transmission and he had the car fixed in no time and a quarter of the price. Very disappointed in the dealership where i’m suppose to buy a car at getting ripped off and extremely poor service. I do not recommend this service department to anyone.

Service was good and Jason was great. My concerns are that past maintenance (even what shows on Carfax) doesn’t always appear in the dealer’s system, and the dealer’s service intervals are much more aggressive than Subaru’s own recommendations. It makes ownership feel more expensive than it should. Offering both manufacturer and dealer interval options would make things clearer for customers.

Both times that I have brought my new to me car in for servicing have been nothing short of amazing customer service! The first time I made an appointment for a recall issue and they got it done quickly. Today definitely topped that though. I had my partner call because my car is under a third party warranty and I would’ve needed it diagnosed before my warranty deductible kicked in tomorrow. They got my car in, diagnosed, and fixed all in the same day! My partner dropped my car off at around 1045 and shortly after 1630 it was ready to be picked up. They are thorough, courteous, and I always leave with my car shiny and clean.

Very rude and incomplete service, lied about several repairs the car needed over the years and now our outback is undriveable. Very lazy and rude people who will overcharge you and then do a terrible job on your car.

I bring my subaru to get service only here. They are nice and accommodating. They have shuttle service if you choose to go somewhere while they fix your car, or you can stay at the waiting area and have some delicious coffee or lattes. The bathroom in the waiting area is clean. You can also buy drinks or snacks and watch a tv show. They have a great wifi signal too. You also get a complimentary car wash.

From the front desk to the technicians this place is amazing! Gigi is the nicest front desk attendant ever! She was so kind and made sure I was informed every step of the way. Mavis tire shop in hope mills messed up my car ( I only went it for tires and somehow they messed up my brakes!) but Jarvis was able to get my car up and running and also did my NC inspection. I picked up my vehicle right before close and got to meet him and he was so nice as well! I can’t rave enough about the service department here! I had my vehicle towed there right before close on Friday and they had it ready before 1pm on Saturday! Thank you Subaru service Dept of Fayetteville y’all rock 🤘
