I had to leave a review after receiving such fast and excellent service! My vehicle was broken into at work where my employer refused to cover repairs. My insurance refused the claim which is more than what you all needed to know. Lol Talana the store manager did all she could to make this process as easy on me as possible. I work in raleigh causing me to have the car towed from my home. She kept me up to date every step of the way from the time the truck arrived till the moment service was completed. THEN, made every effort to ensure my retrieval of the vehicle was as seamless as possible. Thanks Auto Glass team for exceptional service!! Hopefully i won't need to come back but if so I will be lol 💕

From start to finish it was a quick and seamless process! I needed a repair on a chip in my windshield. Within minutes of requesting a quote, I received a phone call to verify details and schedule the repair. They were able to get me in the next day. The staff was very friendly! The service at Safelight was very professional and completed to our expectations. However there was a scuff mark on the new wind shield so they were going to cut our deductible amount in half. Which they did not do. They had already charged our full deductible against our bank acct. We have attempted to reach them for 2 days and NOBODY answers the phone. Can't even leave a message. The whole time my husband was there, "Heather" was watching TV at the counter! Very crappy customer service at the local shop on Ramsey St in Fayetteville. While their customer care team, "Troy" and "Danielle" have been exceptional. We are waiting for the Regional people to try to resolve our issue. Do not attempt to reach this shop directly. If I could give a 0 I would!! DO NOT COME HERE!! WARNING!!! After driving an hour to my appointment I walked through the door 4 minutes late. The receptionist made it her business to get up and say let me see if they can still see you. What? So then she proceeded to tell me they drive an hr home and leave at exactly 5. Uhm ma’am you get paid to drive here whereas I’m PAYING YOU FOR A JOB and made it to my appointment.. I proceeded to tell her customer service and communication is everything where she lacked BOTH!! I sat down before I was called to the back within 2 minutes with the tech showing me the “new” windshield they planned on putting on my car and let me know it was scratched up really bad.. so you’ll didn’t know you had an appointment for installation with more than 24 hours in advance? HR proceeded to let me know he can reschedule or order a new one.. at this point no thank you because what type of business are you running? PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! Wasted my time and my gas smh

I was out and on my way in less than 30 minutes, I had a chip in my windshield and it was fix nicely. I’m glad after all theses year I can depend on this company. An hour for replacement as promised.,& less expensive than that other place on Ramsey., haven't been through the car wash yet., but hope that 2nd photo isn't an issue when I do wash it., {it hasn't}, 3 months later and no leaks but I believe it would be warrantied.overall.,im am satisfied with the quality of work.
