Bobby was very thorough in explaining the issues going on with my vehicle. He was upfront about costs and didn't try to sell me on services I didn't need. I have been trusting Ed's Tire for nearly 20 years. They helped me get my old gal "Blanca" running right. They were able quickly diagnose the source of an oil leak and get that fixed. Ed's also addressed an issue that the oil leak caused with my crank shaft sensor. I'm truly a happy customer.

I did leave a review online that day (probably about 5:30 p.m). Your staff were terrific, respectful, and dud not give up. Please do read my previous endorsement. One thing that I really appreciated was that I needed a $15 device for the luggage nuts as I bought the car used with after factory rims (unknown to me). I had some other work done on the car at Toyota as well as at Sam's where I bought a new tire. I didn't know about non-factory rims but your staff helped me to get the right device and I was SO happy to have my car functional. The two gentlemen who helped me (the front desk staff and an African American employee in the bay (sorry I cannot recall their names) were respectful and perfect. I will always recommend Ed's! Ed's has been apart of my family for years ever since I first arrived in Fayetteville from 2007 to 2010 and again when we arrived back in 2013. Bobby is great and hotten to really know our family over the years. I feel good knowing I can trust my vehicles with him and his team of professionals and know its in good hands. Ed's was always the first and only stop when it came to any maintenance or repairs to our vehicles. The third times the charm. Ed’s auto was the third place I visited and the best choice I could’ve made. Butch and Bobby did an amazing job with assisting me and made everything so easy. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic and I finally did. These guys are the real deal. The price they gave me was almost half the price of a competitor. Where the competitor just put a price that was over $1300 Ed’s cost was over $700 and they included a breakdown of the cost with price of material and labor etc. If you need automotive repair and want honesty and affordability check out Ed’s Auto on Yadkin road .

I needed to get my car inspected and looked up places that were near me that offered that service. I found Ed's and checked out their website and made an appointment that same day. When I showed up I met Butch who was super nice and accommodating! Once I handed him my keys they took care of my car and everything was done within 30 minutes. It was the quickest inspection I've ever had! They also sent me pictures of things on my car that may need to get looked at some point but Butch didn't try to pressure me into get any other services done. He just simply explained what they saw and even gave me options on where to buy the parts/products if I wanted to take care of it myself. I really appreciated Butch! He was so sweet and helpful! I'll definitely come back here again if I need something else done with my car!

I always receive the best of care for my vehicle at Ed's Automotive on Yadkin Rd. All employees are courteous and kind. The work they do is thorough and top notch! I had several issues and regular maintenance taken care of during my last visit. Each item was explained to me with a written estimate and pictures included. I was offered financing options if I needed them. After repairs, and during the test drive, a problem with a new part was detected. That part was replaced and my vehicle was test driven before it was given back to me . I am handicapped and use a wheelchair. All parts of the office were accessible to me, except the bathroom. There are vending machines, magazines, and a TV in the waiting area.
