Can’t say enough good things about this place! The customer service was excellent, the work was high quality, and they really went above and beyond. It’s hard to find an automotive company you can truly trust, but this one nailed it. Highly recommend!

I needed a brake light replaced. They were accommodating and fit me in. Eric provided excellent service and got the light installed. He was courteous, professional and honest. I highly recommend asking for Eric when having your vehicles serviced.

After arriving 1st customer in the morning I was offered coffee. And 15 minutes later they were pulling my mom car in. Customer service gets 5 stars also. They kept me up to date on what was wrong send me pictures and gave me an estimate on other services that needed to be done. I will be making them my 2 go place to get the job done. So thank you for your services.

I recently had to purchase new tires and decided to give Ed's Automotive on Hope Mills Rd a try. When I say they have the best prices and the absolute best customer I've come across, I mean it. There is a woman by the name of Brandi that works there. She was attentive, courteous, and found me the tires I wanted. She had them delivered promptly because of an upcoming trip I had. They look great and my truck rides so smooth. Thanks to the service team at Ed's for the amazing service I received! I will be back!!!!

We are buying a 1st car for my 16 year old daughter from a dealer in Hope Mills which is 2 hours away. We always get our cars inspected by a mechanic first so I had to find someone local on a Saturday to do it. I called on Friday and spoke to a lady who said they could definitely do it after I told her all the details. We drove down, grabbed the car and headed over. When I walked in I was told they couldn't do it. I reminded them who I was and that they had just spoke to me the day before confirming they could (it was the same lady at the front desk). Needless to say this put us in a huge bind. I don't know about their service but they don't stand by their word.

Overall I had a good experience. I took my vehicle for a oil change. The wait wasn't too long and the price was reasonable. The lady that assisted me when I first come in was great. Fantastic customer service. However by the time my vehicle was ready there was another lady at the desk (skinny, curly hair, and glasses). Once I paid and gotten in my vehicle the dash hadn't been reset so I stepped back inside and asked the lady at the desk if someone could come and reset it. The mechanic that came out said he was the one that worked on my vehicle and due to ME having an attitude and being ready to go he didn't bother resetting it he was just trying to hurry and get me my vehicle. I looked at him with confusion and disgust and asked him what he was talking about. He then stated that the lady at the desk told him that I was complaining, being impatient and ready to go. I explained to him that I was perfectly fine inside reading my book while I waited. I also explained I knew I was going to have to wait due to me being a walk in and not having an appointment. I'm not sure why she went and told him those things especially being that I didn't have an attitude not to mention I hadn't said anything to her, I sat there reading my book patiently waiting. Outside of this uncalled for misunderstanding my visit was good.

This has literally been my favorite auto shop for the past 5 years. Their customer service is fantastic. Brandi is sweet and explains whatever you need explained. They are efficient and thorough and their inspection and estimate system is clear and breaks down everything with videos, pictures, and informational videos. I’ve tried other autoshops in the area and none compare to Ed’s on Hope Mills Rd.

I was treated like ROYALTY! The young lady behind the desk was polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. I never felt as though I was "just another customer whom they could bleed dry with non-existent issues". I got my oil changed and my car inspected, even though they were short staffed. They have EARNED a customer for life!

On a recent trip to Ed’s tire in hope mills I took my truck in for a check engine light and rough idling . The check engine was due to a map sensor ., verified by several obd scans . I was told I needed several repairs and I approved the repairs 2,300 hundred worth . I was told the repairs were done and my truck was ready to be picked up and it was running perfect. I paid and before I could get out the parking lot good check engine light was back on and it got worse from there truck started jerking and struggling to move . I pulled into a restaurant and my truck was shaking , clanking and smoking . I cut it off and got out you could smell the fuel and It wouldn’t crank back up . Went back to Ed’s hope mills branch and they said they would get it towed . Called them back next day and I was told it was the map sensor , two days later and after several calls the mechanic ray said my truck was ready but it had loss compression in cylinder 8 due to a broken spring and I would need several more hours of repair . I drive to Ed’s to pick up truck and speak to the manager . Who explained the repairs I paid 2,300 for . they worked on the injectors fuel rails and didn’t replace fuel lines a nonreusesble part I questioned her about that and she said she was trying to save me money . My truck was running cranking and not dumping fuel when I took it in . Map sensor code and rough idle but 4 days later I get it back with the same check engine light on and running the same as when I took it to them . Manager refused to understand I took my truck in running driving fine but with a check engine light rough idling four days later and 2,300 dollars less in my pocket after it needing to be picked up broken down on the road and admitting to reusing old parts that are required to be replaced and admitting to the truck dumping fuel when they picked it up . That of course I would question there work , a loose fuel line could have been the source of the truck not running and smelling of fuel , these are the parts they removed and admitted to reusing old fuel lines again is a part that has to be replaced after removing . Wouldn’t give even a partial refund she did offer to get a second opinion but at another Ed’s of course. I countered by saying I would take it to Chevy dealership and she said if Chevy could verify they did something wrong she would work with me and that is recorded. She also offered to change the fuel lines a part that should of been replaced in the first place and is required per Chevrolet anytime you remove it.So after wasting my breath trying to explain how this looked to me I get home open my hood and they didn’t even put my truck all the way back together and had the ignorance of asking me for a review. Needless to say I will be there tomorrow to get the rest of my parts that are currently on there garage floor . If you need a repair and you go by Ed’s in hope mills keep going may possibly be the last time your vehicle ever runs . If I could give them negative stars I would .

Ed's Tire was totally a godsend. I have an older model car that hadn't had a tune up in years since I work from home. I called and got an estimate which was advised that they really needed to see the vehicle. But the quote provided me a starting point of the cost. I dropped the car off at 3pm and the car was ready at 5pm. And the cost was less than what was quoted. I will always check with them for all my automotive needs.

They did my oil change and put new tires on my car. They also contacted me a few days later to make sure the work they did was ok. I had a great experience with Ed's Tires and would recommend anyone to go there.

The entire process was smooth and painless, from scheduling an appointment to picking up my vehicle. I really was not expecting to have my vehicle repaired the same day. The price was reasonable for the repair required. Brandy at the desk was very organized, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Ed’s to my family and friends.

Awesome shop. My family and I have been bringing our vehicles here for decades. Very thorough service and the mechanics are highly skilled and knowledgeable. For example, on more than one occasion I've been taken into the back and shown precisely what's wrong with my vehicle and then walked through exactly how it'd be fixed. Not only that, but Mrs. Anna at the front desk is extremely personable and always keeps customers in the loop regarding their vehicles. Definitely would recommend.

I took my car there due to issues with it heating up. After their inspection, they told me I needed to replace the water pump which I paid to get done. When I got home I looked at the work that was done and noticed that there was coolant and oil and multiple places in the engine bay the next day, I tried to crank the car up, only to realize that the coolant has shorted out the alternator. I called to speak to the manager, to which she told me they were not responsible for the coolant that was everywhere and told me that I needed to get the alternator replaced to which I did only to receive the car back in worse shape. When I received the car the second time there was oil as well as coolant in multiple different spots of the car again as well as the engine, the coolant hose was wrapped up with electrical tape where I could tell that they had busted the hose. Which is causing coolant to leak over the alternator that I just paid to get replaced. Please make sure when you take your car here you double check the work that they are completing as well as take photos.
