Went there because my truck kept running hot fixed it like a hour or 2 and gave me a discount truck needed new hoses an water pump runs Tony the tiger Greattt if your in Fayetteville or surrounding area check them out you won't regret it the go get your parts to fix it an all

SINCE THEY DELETED MY PREVIOUS REVIEW I WILL POST AGAIN!!!0I REGRET doing business with this mechanic. In February I needed a new transmission. They accepted the job. I was told I have a 90 day warranty. It is April and I'm leaking transmission oil and they won't fix it.. They had no problem taking $3000 but they have a problem fixing leaking. Now I have to pay ANOTHER mechanic to fix their error... I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE...To post this I had to give 1 star but they don't deserve that....

I wouldn't advise anybody to spend your money here. They take your money and don't even fix what's wrong with your car. I paid them $200 to repair a leak in my brake caliper not to replace it just to repair a leak!!! And my car still drives the same even before I spent the money to get whatever they fixed done it still drives the same. Any other mechanic I know will diagnose the entire problem and not just go for what the customer said they think it is. A real mechanic will suggest other things that may need to be fixed in the future or things that may need immediate attention no they don't do that. My reason for bringing it to a mechanic is to diagnose the issue that I bring to the table which a leak in my brake caliper is not going to cause my car to rattle and shake when I drive. I also paid them $100 to fix my ABS sensor the ABS sensor was back on at least the next day or two days later. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This location deserves no stars we took our car to just wright automotive on 12/06/23 to have the transmission replaced and on 12/07/23 the owner who goes by the name of “bruh” called and said he had fixed the car so we paid the lady in the office name “Nina” $1197.10 cash but once we got the car home on the next day we noticed the car wasn’t shifting properly and we checked the transmission fluid and it had leaked out so we called the mechanic back and was told to bring it back so it can repaired so we took it to him only for him to add more transmission fluid in it we left and the next day it had leaked out again so we went back to the mechanic only this time he did absolutely nothing but instead told us that he saved us $500 so now the car is at legitimate shop. These people are crooks and they have ripped us out of our money

I would not use this place and actually had my car towed from there to another place before they did any service. My son's car broke down when he was visiting NC. He had it towed to the place next door, which turns out didn't work on BMW's, but this place said they did and looked at the car (after it had been there 3 business days). When they called to tell us what the codes said, they wanted us to prepay via Zelle for the service on the car. When I called to question this they were very unhappy with me. That is when I found another place to have the car sent. I called back to tell Just Wright Automotive where I would be sending the car and the lady informed me I owed $250. $125 for the codes that had been run - perfectly understandable and $125 "storage fee" because my car had sat on their lot for three days waiting for them to look at it. I disagreed with this charge and told the lady I didn't agree and why and she hung up on me. I paid the $250 to be done and had my car towed. But I had to Zelle to a mobile phone number - which again is shady. Do business at your own risk with this company.

The only reason I'm posting a review is because after the mechanic and owner has blocked me through phone contact as well as social media and also my Dad's number who tried calling him to get price for a service he completed just four days ago to pay him, all I wanted to know was if he took a picture of the turbocharger at anytime so I can start my return/refund claim from a site he gave since I will be taking it somewhere else because he's apparently isn't man enoughto say he can't properly diagnose what's causing the issue to continue or simply say he can not handle the job. I never asked for a freebie and completely understand I will pay labor costs. In the last part of November 2024, my check engine light came on, and the code for Turbocharger. After discussing with the mechanic, Bruh, he had me order the part from a website he has used. He even searched and sent a link and screenshot. December, I made the purchase, and he installed it. I was satisfied and plus I've always had a good outcome with previous services. At the end of January, my check engine light appeared, and it was the same turbocharger code. I received a refund from the site, and Bruh gave me another site and link. I purchased another one and added the return/refund warranty. Bruh had me go to these sites and order. For some odd reason, he wouldn't purchase and allow me to reimburse him or allow me to give him the money first. The second turbocharger was installed, and when I picked my car up, when I made it home, I could smell smoke. He said it was burn off. I continue to drive and have no luck with smell or smoke going away. He checked it out again, and the same issue took it back and picked up again, and this time, I'm very observant and less than 3 miles from the shop it's smoking. I ended up having to buy oil because it was leaking oil. Actually, it was barely any oil (supposedly the oil was changed as well). I purchased several quarts because it was leaking basically steadily flowing, and I had to take it back to the shop. I spoke with him, explained everything, and sent pictures where the leak was coming from. (Not sure why he didn't catch it being he actually had the car on a lift) I waited patiently and never bothered him, so from February until I picked it up on May 24. June 12th, check engine light again and same code. I was given a suggestion to check another part, so I took a picture of the printout and sent it to Bruh with an explanation of the suggestion. He called maybe 3 hours later, ranting and carrying on about how I purchased the part, not him, and basically, he's not liable. I tried several times to difuse the tone and tell him he's talking over me and not letting me explain about the suggestion but he kept saying how customers choose to buy online instead of letting them buy from thier vendor. At this point I'm hot boiling hot because you're accusing me of trying to be cheap when I know nothing about ordering car parts or sites or where to start, if it's not Auto Zone Advance or O'Reilly. I never had the opportunity to explain I wasn't worried about another Turbocharger because I added the return/refund option as he asked me to purchase. All I could come up with was that he did not want to do the work again. But not once did he ask if I would be willing to pay for labor. Instead, he tells me $840 is what he pays for one from his vendor, and I have to pay labor. I could have done that in the beginning, but he had me order one. This shop is very unprofessional and lacks communication and customer service skills. This is coming from once a very loyal customer who would recommend him and knowing him since about 2008/2009 while he was working for other business owners. If i could give no stars, I would. I genuinely did not want to give this bad review, especially when I've never had any issues, and he always stood behind his work. Update: I was told the previous mechanic placed the gasket in wrong causing the malfunction. I waited 2months to update to ensure no issues. The previous issue was the MECHANIC not the PART!!!

Came here about three months ago to get a water pump replaced on my car. Was told 1500, and i didnt have an issue with that.. dropped the car off at there raeford rd location and paid 900 up front.. after about a week I called just to check the status and the mechanic had a full blown attitude because he said I was calling to much to check on my car lol.. so I left it alone and kept waiting.. they moved locations to cumberland rd and after having my car for 19 days, I finally got a call stating it was done.. went and picked it up and seemed good, paid the rest of the money which totaled to 1700 In the end.. well about 2 months later I started smelling coolant and my car was overheating.. checked and was low, filled it up and kept looking.. ended up finding a leak and took it back.. called two weeks prior to make sure I could show up and they said that was fine, showed and they acted like they didnt know who I was.. mechanic looked at my car and said my freeze plug was leaking, but where it was coming from, was the exact place it was coming from when I originally dropped it off.. so I left, was told to come back thay following Thursday and drop it off.. I decided to go home and put my car in ramps and look.. after cleaning the underside off, I noticed someone stuck a plastic plug in the weep hole for the water pump and pump J.B weld on it.. I called and told them about it and they said they would call me back but of course heard nothing.. This is the worst place to go to period, they'll act like they give a shit and can fix things but wont.. they will use a 4 dollar part, wipe some shit down.. and charge u thousands. The mechanic named Bruh is about as sorry as they come, always has attitude and no respect, and the lady Nina knows he doing wrong and is just as horrible as him.. dont take your car there even for air in the tire, they'll probably fill it with water and charge you $100 bucks saying its holy water..
