Our brand new truck had a very small dent in it from a rock coming off a semi on the highway. We brought our truck here related to the insurance policy we have. They did not give us clear timelines as to when the truck would be finished so it was difficult to plan our life and if we needed a rental. On a Thursday we were told it will be done on Friday (it was there already for a week). We planned on picking it up after work that Friday. They said it was not done yet when we went to go pick it up and if they call us at 6pm that we would have to come Monday to pick it up because they close at 6pm. Don't go here if you have the choice especially if you have a car that is necessary to get to work.

Lack of communication, lack of customer service, and disrespectful to customers! So I had a deer hit and drag down the side of my dually and one hit the tailgate after I stopped, maybe same one but there were five in the road. Got estimate done for insurance, which they did wrong, dropped my truck off for the repairs were we noticed the estimate was for a standard truck bed side and not a dually, so it had to be redone submitted to insurance, more waste of time. Also pointed out at estimate and when dropping the truck off the damage on the tailgate and scratches down the driver side of the truck that weren’t on the estimate. I called multiple times to see where the “new” estimate was because my insurance had not received it yet. After being forwarded to Mr Ricky persons voicemail and leaving messages I never not one time got a return call. Worked through that and they called and said my truck was complete and ready for pickup “three weeks later”. I arrived paid my deductible and went out to see if the work was done, in fact, the scratches and tailgate were not repaired at all! A manager was brought out to see what was not completed and I pointed out the damages, where he promptly and snidely said “the insurance will never approve these damages, only the ones from the deer impact”. I told the man not only had that conversation been had with my insurance already, but there is dashcam footage of the incident that had already been submitted in my claim and going to get approved. All while the man is pulling remaining deer hair out of the trim and side steps of my truck. Now we are here another week later and my insurance still has not received an estimate for the repairs they NEVER submitted in the first place! My rental runs out in one week and I’ll have no transportation. These people do not care, are slow, and do not communicate AT ALL!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!! UPDATE! Finally got my truck back! After looking over the repairs it looked good. Well on my way home the bed rail cap blew up waving in the wind. They broke the clips on it and tried to glue it down to hide it. Way to go folks! Absolutely never using this place ever again!!!!!

My car was damaged, and the insurance recommend that I bring my car here to get an estimate to fix my car. I was going to simply get an estimate then take it to my body shop to repair, but put a lowball estimate (after days of waiting) which is less than half of what it would cost to repair my car even with non oem parts. I then decided to have them do the repairs instead, and they have my car for days and they’re yet to even start working on my car or give me any updates. When I call, the USAA representative is giving me attitude, sassy like he is a female. 100000% don’t recommend taking your vehicle here. Very dishonest and disorganized. I am not satisfied with the rental that I got, as it’s no comparison to my car, and they seem as if they want to have my car for WEEKS to do a job that takes 1-2 days MAXIMUM to complete. Will be picking my vehicle up and taking it elsewhere! 0/10, don’t recommend. Go somewhere else

My 2023 Nissan Murano Platinum had an unfortunate encounter with a deer a bit over a month ago. Our insurance company recommended Hendricks Collision Center. On the very day of the accident, they were ready to take the car in. Due to the snow in the area we had, things were slowed down a few days, but not by much. Dealing with Jennifer was pain free. Whenever my husband or I had questions, she was professional and took the time to give us straight facts, without a lot of fluff or excuses. I picked my car up Wednesday, and it was perfect! They even took the time to wash and clean it up - and did a really good job! I've seen some of the bad reviews others have left, and I get that experiences may vary. All I can say is, I'm a satisfied customer, so it's two enthusiastic thumbs up, for me, and a great big "THANK YOU!!" to Jennifer and the Hendricks crew for a job well done!

Do not bring your vehicle here for repairs! I would give 0 stars if possible! Horrible experience! Brought my 2013 Mercedes s550 in after I was hit. I explained this is my travel car, I needed it repaired correctly because I was using it to transport my mother for cancer care. I was assured my car would be mechanically checked out and electronically diagnosed before any repairs were made. I explained my car was pulling hard to the left, had a lane monitoring light on, sitting uneven, and rear rite rim that was hit losing air. They lied to me! They painted the bumper, quarter panel and rim previous to any mechanical diagnosis, claiming there mechanic was out for the week so they did it the reverse way. Not how the process was explained to me. I was told my car was ready. Drove from Duke University to get my car. Upon picking my car up I noticed particles in my paint, overspray on my side as well as overspray all on my still cracked rim that they claimed they sent off for repairs. My lane monitoring light still on, Car still sitting uneven, pulling hard left, rim still losing air! I brought the car rite back told them it I’m unsatisfied and it was not repaired. Next, they claimed they took it to Mercedes and got alighnnent, but my car is sitting uneven and pulling hard left. I gave them my trust, I gave them two chances to fix my car and they completely waisted my time and let me down!! They did not repair my car in the way the explained it would be! They took the quick paint job money, did a sub par job, then slid me rite on out the door! Claimed the insurance said there’s no way this damage happened from the accident. If they would have done the diagnostics previous to the painting like they said they were, I would have been able to make a calculated decision about my vehicles repairs. Now I have to pay another company to repair what they “Fixed”. Again, if you value your vehicle, don’t waste your time here!! I’m a car dealer as well as a certified mechanic myself. I know what was wrong with my vehicle, as well as I brought in the checklist from another national chain mechanic shop to show what was wrong with my car. They just wanted the quick paint job money, and did a trashy job on that too! This is not customer service or how a business should be ran!
