Fortunately, I found this shop and not only were the staff friendly and AMAZING, but also finally had reassurance when my car was fixed. Thanks guys! You’re my Go-To Shop from this point forward!

Being from out of town we didn't know what to do when our car gave us trouble. We're so glad we found this excellent and honest shop. They went out of their way to pick up the car and get us in which was so kind. Then they did the best work at a very affordable price! We were in and out in no time and our car is up and running once again. What a relief! Thanks so much!

Honestly great. it’s hard to find an honest and THOROUGH mechanic nowadays but Shane and his team were great. We went in to get our breaks and rotors replaced on our way back down to Florida. He took us immediately and we were out in an hour and our breaks are working perfectly again. Super friendly service!! 10/10

I was 100+ miles from home traveling to see family the day before Thanksgiving when my alternator light came on and the battery voltage quickly began lowering. This is a big deal as the battery can quickly drain and the car lose electrical power. Who wants to be stranded on the highway for Thanksgiving? I called several places who were too busy or short staffed before the holiday in the area. When I called Shane, he immediately said to bring my car in and he would take care of me. He dedicated one of his technicians to help me until my car was fixed and I was back on the road to see family. I am extremely grateful for his understanding my predicament and taking such good care of me. Thank you Shane!

The second to last thing you want to see when you're on a 650-mile road trip and still halfway from home is a warning light for something serious. The very last thing you want to see is that light start flashing. Which is exactly what happened to us recently while heading home after a long holiday weekend. Fortunately, we followed the great reviews straight to Shane's Automotive. Shane instantly diagnosed the probably, ordered a part and had it delivered immediately, and kept us informed and updated. This was not a simple repair -- but after working on it for three hours, Shane and another of his mechanics, Mike, stayed another four hours past closing to get us back on the road. Four hours!!! And then he only charged us the regular hourly rate, which is clearly displayed in his office. I cannot say enough great things about Shane and his business, but I can say if we lived in Fayetteville -- or anywhere remotely close -- we wouldn't take our vehicles anywhere else!

Shane's has had my vehicle since Dec 30, 2021. It went in cuz a spark plug they repaired caught fire. While it's been there they have said it needed a fuel pump and a starter also. All parts have been sent to them since March 2022. They have just now started work on my vehicle. Now they are saying it has more problems when they never cleaned my injectors or did a vacuum test when they replaced a fuel pump and never checked for burnt wires when it came in for a fire around spark plug 4. This shop should be shut down. They have horrible communication skills, matter a fact, for the past 15 months...all updates have been because I have contacted the shop, and even then everyone acts like they know nothing about status on my vehicle. This is the worst shop I have ever worked for or done business with. Save your sanity and time and stay far away from Shane's Automotive....they are not worth the time.

Asked for a quote for front and back brake pad replacement and was told that would be one and a half hours of labor for $120. Once they started working on my car they came to tell me my back brakes did not need to be replaced so they would only be working on the fronts. I was glad for their honesty..but then I got the the register and the owner(I think) told the cashier "it'll be an hour and a half labor" and they charged me $120 still even though they only did the front pad replacement and it took 30 min. My husband always tells me don't take my car to an auto shop without him because they'll get over on women..and he was right. The job itself was good, no issues after I left so I'll still give them 3 stars for the quality of work.

So happy I found these guys! Shane and his team were very professional, honest and very informative. I took my Cadillac CTS-V here after hearing wonderful things about them, I was not disappointed. Shane fixed my AC compressor and did an AC recharge, he also gave me a diagnosis for my check engine light. Shane was able to fix my car in a couple of hours and we were good to go, the AC was cool and cold because this NC weather is hot and humid! Shane was very reasonable on pricing, good communication, and great customer service from the staff! Highly recommend and will be coming to Shane's automotive from now on!

The best place in all of North Carolina to go! I promise you won’t be disappointed and I would never take my vehicle or recommend anyone else for anything! I mean literally anything you got going on and even things you don’t know you have going on, places that tell you oh man you gotta take that to the dealership, nah this man will take his time and figure out whatever is wrong and fix it and I mean fix it not rig it. His prices are so crazy low for the amazing work he does and everyone I know that comes here is always coming back, the one thing I will say is that he is so good that he gets a lot of business so I always get in touch in advance so I don’t have to wait at all, but if it’s an emergency he will get you fixed up regardless and yes I’ve seen him drop everything to help someone in a jam with emergencies and didn’t stop until the car was good and he is always making sure to charge you the very least with doing the absolute best and no cutting corners for repairs. Man if you need a good mechanic you need to at least come by and check him out and you’ll end up a faithful customer too. I should’ve been put this up but I never really thought about it until now and I wish I would’ve done it sooner. Can’t beat it and I will never go anywhere else and that’s even with my Audi.

Best mechanic experience in Fayetteville. I have had all 3 of my vehicles repaired here for a fraction of the price elsewhere. Honestly the price isn't what gets them 5 starts from me, it's Shane's experience and troubleshooting. We have had issues that were misdiagnosed that we were able to have repaired there. It's over 30minutes away from me and I will still make the drive and get and uber because I trust his work more than others. I can understand that there may be some bad reviews on here about this shop but I've had several good experiences and felt this review was fair and due to his business.

My husband and I are in the trucking business and were traveling from Mobile Alabama when our box truck broke down. We took our truck to Shane and he was a life saver!! Him and Bryan worked quickly to get us back on the road within a few hours and we will be forever grateful. The price was MORE THAN FAIR!!!! They did what they had to immediately to get us back on the road and we were able to get back home to Alabama safely because of them! Thank you so much to these guys!!
