I went here for a smoke test on my truck and they quoted me 900$ to fix the problem. That however wasn’t the problem. after leaving I stopped for gas and for the life me I couldn’t get gas in my truck. For a month I spent 20-30 minutes at a time just trying to get enough gas in my tank to get where I needed to go. Come to find out whoever tested my truck left vice grips on the hose that connects to my gas tank. Wonder how much they would’ve charged me to fix that lol. Anyways thanks for the free vice grips.

First off, the service was great. I was offered a few snacks/refreshments while I waited, was able to charge my phone in their lobby, and they fixed my car's multiple problems. The reason I can only give 3 stars is because of the wait time. I came in at 9 am and I could already tell that there was quite a few people ahead of me. Still he reassured me that they would get to me as soon as they could. At 11:45 I was informed of what they found that needed to be fixed. I was told it would take about 2 hrs. 3hrs passed and they still weren't done so I inquired about how much longer it would take. I was then told about 20 more minutes and was offered some refreshments. 40 minutes later I was finally informed that my vehicle was ready. I know there was a lot to get done and that the time windows are not always exact but I should not have had to wait nearly 7 hours to get my vehicle repaired.

I had a problem with my air condition on truck. Reese the mechanic diagnosed the problem and got the part ordered and they kept me informed. When part arrived they called to set up appointment to replace the part. Great customer care and follow up. Will definitely be back!

They changed one rotor and break and they did good on. They told me I needed an alignment tire rotation and new bushings just to take it else where and be told it was all a lie and about making money . So safe to say I will not be returning . It’s sad that companies do this in the economy we are living in. And maybe it was the fact I am a women and I don’t know anything about this type of things but very disappointing. If you feel like your being ripped off to hit up mavis tire and breaks .

I went in for a diagnostic for by VW beetle, and during the entire time they were very helpful in explaining what they would do/were doing. While I waited in the lobby a gentleman would come over and kept me in the loop on what was happening. By the end they gave me their best solution and the price break down on the next step. Overall, very welcoming and helpful.

I haven’t even officially become one of this company’s patrons and they have been absolutely amazing to me. They worked me in on the spot to do a full diagnostic on my car. They were honest and thorough and didn’t push me to do anything that I wasn’t ready to do. Highly highly highly recommend! Also, everyone, and I do mean everyone, even when I called another location, truly show that they are happy to be at work, they love their jobs and they’re ready to take care of you. *BONUS: The coffee and convo while waiting was great!

Driving down 95 when I heard a thump under my car. Was lucky enough to find Harrell’s upon my google search. Great customer service from the desk and mechanics! They were more than happy to look at my car for me and quickly fixed the problem. I was on my way less than 30 minutes later. Thank you for taking care of me. Definitely recommend!

Honest service! Great communication, and solid overall customer service! Pretty clean, and professional! Give them a try!! Update!! Liars and cheaters!! The owner will text you to get your business, but won't respond to you!! Went in for an a/c issue, just test drove it, charged me and said there was no issue. Went back like the guy said when it stopped blowing, he didn't have time for me. Mechanic hit the blower, said I needed a blower and resistor. Quoted me $420!! I order the blower n resistor for $60 on Amazon and changed it myself in 10-15 minutes. Complete rip off!! Stay away!!

I like this place because since the moment you enter the shop they make you feel at home, Mike is very helpful and respectful and always give you the best advice. The quotes to fix your car are very reasonable, I had brought my car and my son’s car to fix some issues with both cars and I can’t complain with the job they did at Harrell’s.I recommend they service for all your car problems , plus while they are servicing your car they send you photos so you can see what is the problem with the car and what job has to be done to your vehicle, the prices to fix your car are reasonable,Iam happy that I found this car repair shop⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

These guys are awesome. Brought my Grand Cherokee in for new spark plugs and an ignition coil after I started having big time issues with it. They put in the parts and everything was working fine for about a week, issues picked back up. They bent over backwards to try to save my vehicle. Ran every check, spent way more time than they should have on it because they stand by their work. They refused to charge me for any of the additional work as well. This vehicle was 10 years old and had 100,000 miles on it so it was just time. Experiences with mechanics are not always the most pleasant but this shop has my business for life and my new 4Runner will be in good hands with them.

First I would like to state that I am 69 and a woman. It’s hard to go to a car repair shop and be a woman and not get used, abused, and taken advantage of but Harrells is/was a different experience. I would like to Thank Amy and her Wonderful Staff especially Caleb, Paul Mckoy and the Nice young Gentleman that took me home (as I waited for my car repairs) at Harrells Auto and Tire located on Gillespie Street. The fact that the send pictures n reports to your phone updating you about what’s going on with your vehicle is a plus. All my experiences were great and as long as they are I will be a return customer. Thanks to everyone from Doris.

This auto shop has great customer service. They were willing to find the issue but it took too long. I have to give them a 3 stars due to not finding the issue earlier. Also, I spent a lot for the wrong repair and cause me to keep my car rental longer than I should have. The warranty cover the first repair but the second was out of pocket. Two repairs later and I spent at least $2,400 and it put me in a hardship. I wish I can get at least half my money back for something that took 20 mins to fix when I brought it back. I’m glad they fixed the issue and I don’t have to trade in my car for a new one.

Took my sister’s car in for an evaluation and compare it with the evaluation we received from Toyota. Found that they were almost alike, but the prices were much different and some things were on the Toyota assessment that were not necessary at this time. Thanks to the staff for listening to my concerns doing a thorough evaluation and then performing all the needed repairs to have her car Back up and running.

I absolutely love this place! The staff have always been friendly with helping my husband and then with me. I'm always sold on good customer service but as a female that knows nothing about cars, I've never felt as if they were trying to make me buy unnecessary things for my car. They give clear information and help you figure out what's really needed at that time. Not trying to rush you to get work done that could possibly wait a few more miles. They are even nice over the phone, never rushing you off and answering every question or concern. If you're still thinking should you go.... the answer is yes!

Without getting into the specifics, Mistakes were made, and my vehicle was damaged. However the 5 Stars still stands. It stands because after pointing out the damage, the only thing that was said was "may I have your keys sir? We'll take care of it." That was it.... The man took my keys, took responsibility, and took off to fix it. No haggle, blame throwing, or excuses. Just a firm handshake and shop that stands behind their work. And it wasn't a cheap fix. But I got my vehicle back the same day,at no additional cost, and you can't do much but respect that. Especially in the world we live in these days.

I had new shocks, sway bars and an issue with an air bag on my motor home. Ive used Harrell's before for my motorhome and go back to them the I have a problem or general maintenance. They are one of few in Fayetteville that performs repairs on motorhomes. Great customer service the technician called me multiple times to update me. Personally I really appreciate the updates. Great place and will continue to give them my business.
