What a great shop! I am new to the area and found this place through a quick google search cause the AC in my car is broken. Called and spoke to the owner who is so friendly and took the time to talk through all of the different possibilities/options before describing the the work they would do to troubleshoot. Got me in the next day, got the AC working for a very reasonable price. Then a week later, I've got a slow leak in one of my tires so I call to see if I can get an appointment soon. I guess the owner is on vacation but the guy filling in for him is equally as awesome. Told me to bring it right over, they had me in and out quickly for a very reasonable price. Additionally, he brought me the part that was defective, showed it to me, and explained how it all worked. I really appreciated the transparency both times. These guys clearly have very high standards for customer service and work, and I will go back here for anything and everything my car needs.

When my car wouldn't start, i wasn't sure what was wrong . I talked to one of my co-workers and I was given Bob's name and address. I called and he said "Bring it in and I will check it for you." He told me what was wrong and I got my car back the same day. I appreciate his honesty and kindness. I definitely recommend this shop for your car care needs.

Have taken multiple vehicles to Bob and his crew over the years. Not once have I been disappointed. Each time they have gone above & beyond my expectations with the service they provide. Bob is absolutely amazing! I brought in my 06 Jeep Commander for repair. Knowing I was in a bind, he worked hard to get it repaired before the cold weather hit. A couple of days later at shop closing time he called and stated my Jeep was ready and he would stay until I could get there to pick it up! Upon arrival Bob took the time to explain what he did, why and what if anything I needed to keep an eye on. Another shop quoted $1100.00 to R&R just the waterpump. Bob's price was a third of that. I look forward to a long term relationship with Bob taking care of all my vehicles. Thanks Bob and crew for taking care of us when we needed it the most!

Update: I used to love this place but lately I can never get in for repairs in a timely manner. They are always a week or two out. If I talk to Bob I always have a great experience but the receptionist isn't very friendly and I always feel like she is annoyed at me before I even say hello. Short review: Quick service, trustworthy, and friendly. I've used him several times with no issues. Long review: I've used Bob's shop several times for 3 different vehicles since we moved here. He always does good work at reasonable prices. He's very personable and knows exactly who I am when I call to check on anything or set up an appointment. I've always been able to get my vehicle in to the shop within a few days depending on the service required and it's always done same day. If we ask for a call about the diagnosis before work is done, he always calls before doing any repairs. Feels honest and trustworthy. We have older vehicles that regularly have dash lights on when inspection time comes around and he always helps us get past inspection with as few repairs as possible.

I called first thing this morning to try and get in for my brakes and rotors he told me to come on in and he would get me taken care of. And he was so welcoming from the beginning till the end. Had great conversations the whole time. He was so welcoming to everyone that came in why I was there. Not only great fast service, but it was well over $200 less than many other places I contacted. So glad I chose to take my car here! The owner himself answered the phone and communicated with me directly throughout the time they had my vehicle. He was able to connect me with a tow company, replace both my starter and battery, and had my car back up and running within hours of getting it. I called everyday to check on my vehicle and he always said he will work on it today and call you tomorrow. Two weeks of saying that every day and never called me so I went and got my vehicle. Problem never solved and he still had me paying over $150 because they suppostly put oil in it and for the time his worker took doing so. If you want to have your time and money wasted go ahead. Done with this place. I took my vehicle to a different place and my car was fixed in less than three days. The mechanic at this new place called me before they stated, after they found out what it was and when my vehicle was ready.

My husband and I went yesterday because my car was breaking down. The gentleman said he was going to check it and that he was going to call for the diagnosis. At night he called us and said that the engine was not working and that it was $337 for 2 hours of work without fixing anything, just for the diagnosis. Today we went to pick up the car and the lady at the counter was very rude. We went to another mechanic and it was simply a sensor. Be careful in this place.

I've been going to him now with both of my mail cars for about 4 or 5 years now. He has always made sure I was taken care of. If I have any questions he will make sure that he tries to answer them the best to his ability. He also doesn't make you feel dumb and try to only use mechanic jargon so that he can overcharge prices that you have no idea what he's talking about. We love you, Bob.

Every time we took our vehicles to him no matter what the issue was, he does an excellent job and his price is better than anyone else. When you get your car inspected you can also take care of your sticker there and don't have to go to the office or online. The sticker gets mailed directly to your house. Mr Miarers is fair with his price, does a great job and don’t keep your car longer than needed.

Can't reccomend highly enough! He makes sure things get done the right way, fair pricing high quality work. He went out his way to track down parts for my car. He's worked on my husband's 90s truck and did great work on that as well. Wouldn't hesitate to reccomend him and is the only mechanic I'll let near my cars now. He's just an all around good dude.

My husband and I have been going to Bob Miarers for years now and we have 2013 and 2017 vehicles. I dont and wouldn't trust anyone else with our cars because I have dealt with other big-name shops, which will remain unnamed, and they tried to charge me 5 times the price, not even knowing the problem. THAT unnamed shop wanted a blank check and go into my vehicle on a discovery journey and rack up the hours, not even knowing the issue, they wanted to charge me 3 hrs, upfront, they still call and text me asking to do that repair. Frustrated, I took my car to bob and he knew exactly what the issue could be off hand. He has always worked with us and has never price gouge us at any point. He will recommend what is needed and gets is done very quickly. I am so grateful that I found a shop that we can trust and not get ripped off unnecessarily. I have also had a tow truck driver recommend Bob Miarer, which affirms my choice and trust in this shop. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE IF YOU CARe ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE, especially if you have kids. We have been stationed here for 5 years, and the locals always suggest this shop.
