The manager Brad, hired my son a few months back. Before he left to move to California, I would stop in from time to time. I have my own mechanic, but I wanted to support the business and offered up my work vehicle. After completing that job, my '99 Chrysler Sebring needed some tender loving care that I just didn't have time for, as well as the state inspection. The vehicle was ready within hours of me confirming the work. These guys are the real deal! Definitely would recommend them.

My grandson had a damaged tire that could not be repaired. I had roadside service change the tire, but the much needed help came the next morning when l went to Ed's Tires and within hours the size tire needed was ordered, delivered, and ready for installation as soon as my grandson got out of school. Brad is amazing. As someone new to the Fayetteville area, this shop came highly recommended to me by a local friend when I expressed concerns about an issue with my car. When I visited their shop, Brad was kind, informative, and honest, and upon inspection he informed me of a separate, more pressing safety issue with my car that he advised I tend to first (that I was initially unaware of), to which I was immensely grateful. This place is wonderful. After being told by other businesses that my tire wasn't fixable, Ed's came along and showed me it was saving me over 70 dollars. They had my tire fixed in 20 minutes, and I was back on the road. I would suggest this business to anyone in the city. Brad is awesome. My tire flew off in front of his shop and I pulled in there in a panic. He eased my mind and was extremely polite and straight forward with what needed to be done. He gave me a quote and showed me my options and even though I couldn’t afford to get the services at the time, the way he handled the process was exceptional. Excellent customer service from Brad, very honest never adds non needed parts. Mechanic Vinny always takes him time with my vehicle and makes sure it's leaves in best shape. This is the only place I take my vehicle or mom's to have work done on it. Safe, clean environment, curtious staff. Best mechanic shop. Excellent customer service. Walked because I ran over something and my tire went flat in a matter of seconds of parking. There was NO available time for the day but I was worked in and completed within 2 hours of arrival. My tire was able to be repaired. When it’s time to replace my tires this will be where I go. I was referred here. So I had my husband bring in our vehicle. Charged $800 to replace hose was supposed to have other work done also dropped car off at 8:30 to be told at 5pm car is ready other work was never done mechanic forgot. Calls next day to make appointment to bring car in given appointment brings car in to be told ED didn’t communicate to mechanic about appointment and can’t do that day. Mind you I rented a car for this cause we had to work. Find another shop to fix other repairs to find out $800 hose now has to be replaced four bolts that hold it only 2 where put in liquid is also leaking everywhere mechanic at new shop shows me everything. Says this is simple incompetence! This shop is unprofessional and ripping people off!
