Customer service was bad came in for windshield wipers the guy didn't even tell me the options just went straight to the most expensive ones and didn't offer to assist me with installation hope in the future he and the lady do better they lack common courtesy and professionalism

On 1 June 24, I went to AutoZone on Santa Fe Road in Fayetteville, NC where I meet RT Shirley (1 of the store managers). I was having problem with my AC unit in my car. She went above and beyond to help me out, the AC Pro can I bought did not work. She came outside to check on me and notice that the first can was defective, she replace the can and the process took only about 5 minutes after I sent 30 on my own. I am sending this review because I want you all to know what kind of employee that you have representing your company. Thank you Ms RT Shirley for all of your help.

Just went in because I found out my oil drain plug was stripped and just placed back in by one of those fast lane oil change places on one of my lazy oil change days. Glad I decided to do it myself this go round. The staff at Autozone was so pleasant and just about as irritated as I was about the stripped plug discovery. They were extremely helpful and pleasant to be around. I didn't feel like just another customer, I felt like we were all old buddies. Thank you to the Autozone staff, the plug fit just right and the truck is off the jack with no leaks. I didn't get any names, but you all know who you are and to the young lady who rang me up, I hope you finally got your lunch and enjoyed it.

This autozone doesn’t honor price matching. For context I used to work at an autozone and know that autozone is able to price match walmart since I got chewed out by my own district manager for not honoring it for a customer. The service I got I also didn’t appreciate because as soon as the associate realized I didn’t need an air filter I was pushed to self checkout to avoid the wittdtjr hit. Overall unsatisfied.

Sign on door said leave a google review. How are you going to higher a full staff of employees at an autopart store who knows nothing about cars? Need cleaning supplies. Year make model? Need 2 1/2 pice of exhaust pipe? Year make model? Need a spool of wire? Year make model? Then when you explain you cant find those items with year make and model. They all freeze up and there minds are blown that some people do custome work. one fella just started acting like i was the worst thing in the world and became really rude. Just go to the other location off of reaford rd Or orilleys around the corner they know what there doing

2002 GMC Yukon Battery I would like to share my outstanding experience with: -Miss Nessa -Miss Storm. First, I called in looking for pricing on a new battery. I spoke with Miss Nessa who was not only informative, but incredibly engaging and very sociable. She read through all of the information and had a a very unique way of gauging the price to performance of said batteries using fast food as metaphor for "bang for your buck." It caught me off gaurd and instantly made me laugh which was much needed after the 20 something hour ride back for work. We agreed upon a plan and I hitched a ride over. Upon arrival, I recognized her jovial demeanor from over the phone and was greeted with the same welcoming energy. She showed a genuine interest in assisting me and was pleasant to conduct business with. Before closing out, her assosciate Miss Storm, also assisted me (despite being off the clock) in realizing that my battery was still under warranty. She was very kind and business forward and saved me quite a bit of money and educated me on keeping tabs on future investments. Both of these associates were wonderful to work with, and any employer would fortunate to have them on their again. Thank you guys again for all of your support and excellent customer service.
