Horrible horrible place!!! Do not take your vehicle here. The workers are hired under the table and are not true certified mechanics. AB, the foreman, is the only half-decent person in the whole place. I took my car there to have a new transmission put in and my money was stolen, the mechanic ran off and my vehicle was without a transmission. The senile owner just yells and screams" anyway anyway, it's not my fault" and still demands additional payment for my dilapidated vehicle sitting on his lot after they stole over $1000 from me.

I have been going here for years with my mom. When I got my own car, I even took it to Econo Auto Tire Services. About a year ago, my car broke down right before I moved. I had it towed to this place where it sat for a good two months. I called in all the time and was told my car would be worked on soon, but they were busy. Eventually, I got my car back and took it back shortly after, a few weeks later, because my check engine light was on (I needed to get my inspection done). When they did the smoke test, I was told the EVAP needed to be changed, the one around the gas tank. So, I asked them to fix it. I waited a few days and went back to get my car. A few days later, my check engine light came back on. I just recently took my car somewhere else and was told that they didn't even change the EVAP around the gas tank; they changed the one in the front of my car. The one that didn't need to be replaced. I wish I would have known that then, because I'm literally out of $300 for something they said they did, but actually didn't. Now, I have to pay another shop the same price to fix the same problem.

Very efficient. You don't need an appointment which is awesome! I had three services done to my car (inspection, oil change, and tire plug) for $60. I will be back! Would recommend

Vehicles are affordable, but wouldn't trust a word on the vehicles unless driven and thoroughly inspected by a professional as WELL as YOURSELF. Don't know how to answer phones professionally. Staff does not do their jobs thoroughly. Place didn't open on time. Plates were never mailed by the handler and had to have them hand delivered. For which that I'm actually grateful for. It is a car consignment, however it does not express that in its title nor service. The owner of the vehicle I was interested in, even after setting up a time did not show up. Things wrong with the vehicle that were not foreseen until purchase and drive off took place later that evening and next day had difficulty. All sales are final, they dont tell u that b4 hand neither. Positive note: The office was clean and oderly. A lady at the desk was actually very nice, WELL DRESSED and WELL spoken.

DO NOT GO HERE!! If I could give zero stars I would!! They will BREAK YOUR CAR ON PURPOSE and try to charge you for what they broke!! Then they will laugh in front of you when you tell them it was their fault. They tried to charge me $500 for a part they BROKE! They installed an AC condenser on my car and completely burned out my AC compressor!! I took it to another place and when I told them what happened they looked at me like I was crazy and stated that should've never happened if it was done correctly. A $360 job has now turned into $1,200 to fix THEIR MISTAKE!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!

The mechanic AB is one of the best mechanics around I have been taking my vehicles to him for years. AB never overcharged me in fact if it was a simple fix that I could do myself he would inform me to save me money. Hands down best shop in Fayetteville I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

This place is now meineke. Very nice and honest workers. They don't give you the run around with the prices and the work. The additional benefits of how a meineke operates are Very helpful as well. You can keep track of your service at multiple locations around the US. So if you are out of town you can pick up at any meineke in the area and they'll have your account saved . Also you can earn points towards free and discounted repairs.

My experience when I took my car to Meineke they was very much polite, and courteous. Explained everything to me exactly what they found and what it would take too fix it. And how much it would be? Before they, touched it. I couldn't ask for a better service than I got. It was in a timely manner for the job that they had to do. And I will recommend them to anyone, and I definitely would be taking my car back . I took it for a break job and oil change. My experience were very, very good.
