They provide good service but I hate how they waste customers time by not allowing appointments. Upon arrival recently I was told there was a 2+hr wait. Sorry don't have time for that. Wish I could've made an appointment.

Over pricing for after the market Rotors and brake pads, if u don't have Ford u should go to your dealership and change it because it will be the same price and u get OEM part better than after market part

Made an appointment for 1000, showed up 10 minutes early. Car didn't even get moved in to the bay until 1115. Pretty frustrating to make an appointment to avoid this, just to have to wait anyway.

I have to give Ms. Sherry Bullard a 5 Star Review! Every time I call to get my car serviced, Ms. Sherry is always so helpful, professional and has a smile on her face. Today I called to see if my tires were still covered with the Tire Care plan and she made my day when she said yes. I have had the worst luck with nails or screws in my tires and she always gets me in and out. I'm not sure who worked on my car in the maintenance garage but it seems that all the mechanics are good at what they do. Thank you Ms. Sherry and QuickLane Staff for taking care of my car! I cannot see myself going anywhere else!

I called ahead of time to see if they had my tire size in which they did and once I get there everything seemed fine took them a little while to get the vehicle in but once it got in I only needed one tire changed and the spare tire put back away period I ended up spending over 2 1/2 hours They are just to change one tire. And then on top of that they were just standing around joking around in the back of my vehicle meanwhile they could have been putting on the spare tire. But they couldn't find the tools and apparently didn't seem it necessary to ask me where they might be...

Like I expected the service was excellent. The best part of it is I haven't had any problems with my car since the service. LaFayette Ford is a place I feel safe taking my vehicle. I encourage anyone who has a Ford and needs somewhere they can trust to have it serviced go to LaFayette Ford. I have been please with every service I received there. Their Quick lane is just one more part of that great service. It's worth every bit of the cost I reccomend LaFayette Ford to anyone who needs to have service for their Ford.

The quality of their work is too hit or miss for me to take anymore chances. Let me say that the staff that greets and coordinates service, as well as answer the phones, is 5 star. Very good. No complaints. Their mechanics? They arent thorough. Every time I've taken my vehicle here, it's been given back to me with a weird issue. Typically they've deflated my tires (despite the door pressures saying set them higher) and once they forgot to put on the new windshield wipers I bought from them. This last time, when I got the spark plugs changed, one of them was somehow put in dirty enough to cause an engine misfire, and I was 80 miles away on my way to Jacksonville, in the middle of nowhere. I had to pay for a tow truck, lost 3 days of working pay, because this is a work vehicle, all because whatever mechanic worked on my vehicle wasn't paying attention to detail. Tell me how such a "service" was worth the $530 labor cost and 2.5 hours I spent waiting for my vehicle. I'd like to think that they care about the quality of their work, but I'm not seeing it, so I wont be back. There are no more chances for this place. 4 times with problems and this one could have been so much worse if I hadn't stopped driving. To whoever's responding to reviews: You wont find my name in the system but, you'd have to pay me $530 to return. Just be better. Be more thorough. Do a better job for everyone else coming through. Triple check if you have to.

Been coming here for years and never had a issue until recently. Just a warning to everyone, if you have aftermarket expensive rims, do not come here to have tires mounted. The service techs will not take extra precautions not to damage your rims. I recently brought my own tires and asked them to mount and balance since I was bringing my car in for oil change and tire rotation just like I have been for years. My painted rims came out of the shop with nicks and scratches on them from I'm sure from the machine they use to take off and mount tires. I was offered today to have them touched up from a person they have that dose rim repair but he said it would look worse if he did because the paint would not match. So at the end I walked away with damaged rims and two free oil changes and tire rotation in the future. Other than that they do good service and prices are good. Dosen't have to be a Ford vehicle for most of the services they do.

I had my vehicle serviced here and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I called to schedule the appointment and it was easy to do and they got me in exactly when I asked. I then dropped it off, and the lady at the desk was super kind. While waiting on the oil change and state inspection, I left to run errands and got a video from the shop of what they saw on the car and what they were doing, I then got a call for up sales, and they didn't hassle a bit for them. Then, a short time later i got a call that it was completed and I went to go pick it up. When I arrived the ladies behind the desk rang me up, went over the paperwork and what was completed, and the car was sitting out front, all work completed. I usually dread taking my vehicles to dealerships, especially for general maintenance, but this place was wonderful, and I will definitely be going back again!

From scheduling my routine service pick up and delivery of my vehicle to Marcy at Quick Lane was an overall great experience. Marcy informed me that I was on my last maintenance that was purchased from buying the vehicle to all recommended services. Very professional and polite. With her alerting me that was my last service on my maintenance I was able to alert my sales rep Marie Wright and she had Bobby Freeman contact me with my options. I will only have my scheduled maintenance performed at Lafayette Ford. Awesome folks that truly treat you like family!
