The tire prices are what they are they did discount my tires for my convenience due to having to by a new set but only to buy one at the time due to gross vandalism but I have only had the tire one week n I called today and asked for help n if it had warranty walmart even has a 30 days warranty they couldn't even help me as a screw mysteriously pops up in it.. Blacks has a wonderful staff but it's unfair they weren't as helpful taking the screw out their brand new tire just less then a week as they rook ftcc money wanting more money so thumps down for satisfaction guaranteed

Took my 2017 Suburban in with tire pressure system fault. Ended up replacing the tire pressure sensors. Seems to be done well - no issues so far after about a month. Very good communication with me. Pleasant to deal with. No info on pricing - taken care of by seller. (We bought it about a week prior to taking to Blacks).

I came in for oil change and tire rotation. It took over 2 hours and they only rotated one side of my tires and didn’t even fill the windshield fluid, which it’s always been a normal thing anywhere else I have gone.

**UPDATE** The issue was finally resolved after i took it back the third time. They ended up putting on all 4 new sensors(no charge to me). Im grateful for them finally fixing it but i will never go back to them for anything. Went to get new tires put on. My tire pressure light was on due to my car sitting for a month. All four tire readings were showing on my car(front ones were low) when I arrived so sensors were working. Lady comes out and says front sensors were not working and asked did I want new ones put on. I said no mam cause they were working when I came in so put my old ones back on. Psi isnt even reading on car now. Will be taking car back. I work for Goodyear and I will be notifying corporate about this contractors dishonest and poor service.

We needed a brake and wheel inspection. We called to make an appointment amc at told to come right in. We arrived about half hour later and checked in my car. She said there would be a slight wait. The wait was actually very slight. The technician came out a short time later and spoke with us and told us what was found. We were charged minimally for this visit and was very pleased with the end result.

This Black’s Tire Service was amazing! I was in Fayetteville for a business meeting. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I’ve NEVER had this quick service for a battery replacement. I was on time for my business meeting. I definitely recommend this Black’s location.

I might not be upset or post a bad review if I could’ve spoken to a manager. My car has factory tint and has never failed an inspection before. So when Blacks failed me for tint that was way too dark, I was confused and asked to speak to a manager. The boy up front said he had nothing to say, that there was nothing I could do and refused to let me speak to a manger. I immediately go to another place to get my tint levels and they show me on the machine that my tint was fine. He said the machines can be off by a little but not by as much as the kid at Blacks told me it was. If I felt like I could speak to a manager about that, I would’ve come back to Blacks to sort it out. All the Blacks locations my family and I have gone to over the past decade have been so kind but now I’m afraid to go anywhere else than the second place I went that day. I am a patient person, even waiting more than a hour with an appointment without complaining, but when loyalty and patience isn’t appreciated by simply speaking to me I think we need to stop bringing my business here. Customers should be able to speak to a manger. Sometimes we just want to be heard. Even if the manager repeated what the boy said, I may have felt better. I also went to a tint shop to replace a damaged window and they showed me the tint levels there as well (said they calibrate their machine every use so it was accurate). I don’t feel like I can call Blacks and let them know their machine may be off because of how I was dismissed the first time. I’d rather go to places that will speak to me and explain what is going on.

Raeford Rd Blacks Tire is Excellent and Horrible all at the same time. I had my wife's BMW in for tire service and headlight service, as well as an inspection. The following idiot lights were on the dash. Tire sensor, service engine soon light, brake light, They did not address any of the idiot lights at all and never mentioned that they couldn't inspect the vehicle because of the service engine soon light being on until the day (3 weeks) in their shop they called to tell me the car was ready. I specifically asked about the inspection and the man said he couldn't inspect it because of the dash light was on. It was an exhausting experience to say the least and after the third time having them repair the right front headlamp and saying it was repaired but an hour later it would be out again, did someone say they had to order a part that holds it in place, so what have they been doing the first two times before? Hmmm, let's see, cha ching, cha ching.... Don't trust them unless you gave a very narrow scope of work. These folks are not foresightful people.

This Auto Service is great my 2002 truck broke down and I knew it would take a service center to fix it. I had it towed over to them and let them know I did not need it back in till the end of the week. They had my truck ready for pick up fixed the next day. I went in with a problem tire. Kept losing air over a period of 6 mo. Nobody I went to was able to diagnose the problem. I went to Black's Tire on Raeford Road and THE GIRL HAHA! Had it diagnosed and I returned the following day for a new tire. I am super satisfied with the service I received from Black's Tire on Raeford Road. I highly recommend! Be sure you see THe GIRL! SHE IS AWESOME!!!

Overpriced for just tierod install first and foremost. On top of you see what the end result was the boots are twisted around rods and that isn't supposed to be case of course. I'm doing this review pre going to back to have them correct this. Hopefully there is no problem with them fixing there mistake and maybe a compensation for sending over $500 dollars for alignment, tire change (all four corners) and tierod install.
