If you're in Fayetteville and need an alignment done... this is the only place to take your car if you car about it. They've worked on my 2019 STI, 1991 BMW E30 and my wife's 2021 Escape. Redline's new location is in a perfect spot, the girls that run the front of shop are super friendly AND they know their cars. After all the trouble I've had with dealerships and badly run shops in the area, Redline is a breath of fresh air and the first place I'll turn to when I can't do my own work. Thanks ya'll! I'm looking forward to what the road throws in my way knowing you're in the neighborhood!!!

So I went in because my engine light was on. Never a good sign. I checked in and was told it would take about 30 minutes. After the inspection I was informed that the air filter sensor was just dirty. The mechanic (owner) told me that it just needed cleaned. He cleaned the sensor, cleared the codes and I was on my way. Very friendly and polite from all the staff that I experienced. I will definitely be taking my vehicles in for future service.

They saved my trip. I had my A/C repaired in December back in RI. Well since I did not need it in the winter I only found out on my trip south that the part installed was defective. Well the warranty company that works with O’Reilly’s auto found this shop. Nick got me in the next morning and by 2pm I was off. I cannot say enough on how professional they were. Would recommend them for service if you are in the area.

Amazing, outstanding, above and beyond service. Nick and his wife were very kind and fixed my manual jeep compass that wasn’t going into reverse! Don't trust the Google hours or their online booking system. They both show that this location is open Saturdays from 8-1. This morning it let me schedule an appointment for today (09/27/25) at 10:30am est. Got there and they're closed. Not a soul in sight. Door didn't have hours for Saturdays. 🤷‍♀️ Update: The owner, Nick, called me himself to apologize for the issues with the Google hours and the booking scheduler. He ensured that they were working on getting those fixed. Unfortunately, I had already taken my car somewhere else when he called, but I would absolutely give them another try in the future. Nick was very kind and I sincerely appreciated his call.

We Went here to get the brakes done on dodge Durango from the start they were scrubbing bad shop was notified of this and said it would go away it didn’t was taken back two additional times and still did the same thing was a total waste of money time and my patience! Go elsewhere for your repair 700 dollars down the drai!

Went in for an oil change and diagnostic for a check engine light, the diagnostic came back as a faulty O2 sensor and exhaust leak. They recommended replacing the catalytic converter assembly with new gaskets and o2 sensors. Heard from a few people that getting the entire catalytic converter was probably not necessary, but I don’t know enough, honestly, to make that call, so I can’t say for sure, which I think plays into this. My husband drove the car home and found that it was making a grating clunking noise that it had not been making at drop off. He brought it back (within half an hour of picking up) and was told that the sway bar was “missing” and had been missing and was noted on the paperwork. It was then zip tied back into place. There is no mention of a broken links on the sway bar, or the sway bar itself being missing in the paperwork. We were told it would be around $260 to replace it. At this point, the shop has been paid 1.8k total, and our car was picked up with a problem it did not have before. The original repairs were completed and seem to be running well, but overall I’m super unsatisfied with the explanation about the sway bar.

I highly recommend them , i took my 2007 Ford F150 here after Liberty Ford of Fayetteville destroyed my sparkplugs to purposely cost me more money in repairs. Everyone i talked to at redline was nice and knowledgeable and they guaranteed me to fix it or I wouldn't have to pay. Liberty Ford dealership broke 6 of my 8 sparkplugs off inside the engine and made it very difficult for the guys at redline tire and auto to remove them. But they were able to and they did a very good job. The owner Nick offered to keep the truck there to go over it and check everything for free and I am greatly appreciative of it. However I didn't take him up on it . Because I didn't have any extra cash at the moment to get anything else fixed if he found anything. Partially because I had to spend so much money at Liberty Ford of Fayetteville just for them to break my truck then get charged for it. I highly recommend redline tire and auto repair. I was at the yadkin rd location but both of their locations are owned and operated by the same people. And I will most likely have them work on my vehicles in the future!.

As a service member of 21 years and a woman, I cannot praise Redline Tire & Auto enough for the way they treated me—with genuine care, respect, and concern. Unlike some shops in Fayetteville that try to take advantage, Redline impressed me with their honesty and integrity from the very start. They went above and beyond by staying more than two hours past closing time to ensure my daughter’s car was completed so she could make it to work the next day. That kind of dedication is rare, and it speaks volumes about their professionalism. The staff’s communication is outstanding. Every step of the way, I was kept informed, and their follow-up was flawless. If they said they’d call, they did—no matter the time. That reliability gave me complete peace of mind. I truly wish I had found this company sooner. From now on, they will be the only shop servicing my vehicles. The owner is a stand-up guy, and his wife is the sweetest—you can tell this business is built on strong values and genuine care for their customers. As long as I am stationed at Fort Bragg, Redline Tire & Auto has a loyal customer in me.

My wife took her 2015 Hyundai Sonata Turbo here a month or 2 ago for an exhaust leak at the Exhaust manifold, when she got their they found that the bolts on the manifold had come loose so they tightened it. When she was about to leave afterwords they told her the CEL was on and they needed to replace the O2 sensor because the wires had been pulled loose therefore CEL, I told her WAIT and I’ll replace it myself when I have time. Here comes today I go with my Scanner to confirm which sensor needs replaced and it’s A P0030 Code for the upstream Sensor on top of the engine and manifold. I go to check under the hood and Lo and Behold the sensor is completely gone with just an exhaust plug IN ITS PLACE. This place m took advantage of a girl who knew not a single thing about cars and stole her O2 sensor and tried to charge her for a new one. I only noticed so late because she is a full time live in nurse and I do not get a chance to see her very often let alone look under the hood and do repairs (hence she went to the shop instead of getting me to do it)

Gotta give a shoutout to Redline Tire & Auto for getting my Mustang right 🔥 They changed out my 2 front tires (I had the tires already) and hooked it up with a clean alignment. They’re literally the only shop in town that would even touch a car with air suspension, and now I see why everyone recommends them, reasonable price too. Big props to the owner and Giovani — both super chill and cool to work with. If you need your ride taken care of, these are the guys to hit up.
