I don't know if it's because I'm black and because I expressed my frustration with having an issue before I do business with them. They processed a down payment before processing my application, and when I asked why are y'all wasting my time because we could have completed my application when I came in at least an hour before the store closed. I completed and signed the paperwork and gave them everything that they requested I've been on my job for almost 2 years and I have several other side hustles and they want to tell me my income was not consistent whatever I think it's just that you guys did not want to do business with me after I told you I didn't appreciate y'all wasting my time and processing my payment before you completed the application you supposed to complete the application first and process my payment... I found a better deal.. Thanks RAW because another business did appreciated and respected me and my money... God knew better!!

This is Chris Tew again and although I just got my rims and tires today due to system down and power problems the work ethic and kindness if Alicia kept me holding on and coming back today her and Gabby and also John were a tremendous help and I'm am VERY satisfied with the way they made me feel like I was actually part of the crew so much i wish I had 10 more cars to put rims and tires on with these AMAZING people Alicia and Gabby definitely deserve and have earned a raise and/or some sort of bonus!! Superb experience!!! Alesha and Gabby (and everyone else involved) provided top shelf service from start to finish. I had wheels picked out already but Alesha was able to find them through their vendor and ordered them for me. She explained everything I needed to know about the timeline and process and was able to answer all my questions. Gabby quickly installed the wheels and took care of the old ones as well. RAW has a friendly, inviting atmosphere, and I recommend them if you’re looking to rent or buy wheels for your ride.

The guys and ladies here are so very personable. They care about their customers and will do anything to help you out. Got a great deal on a set of wheels and tires. They had me riding quickly. The options you get to purchase or lease is a great deal too. Of course, it’s always better to purchase but for those that choose to lease, your payment options are great too. I’d recommend them over so many others in town!

I purchased tires from this location last year, but I contacted them on 9/9 to inquire about having them replace a tire pressure sensor that went out on my vehicle. During the call I was told they could replace the sensor all I had to do was bring the car by before 4pm and they would take care of it for me. However, when I arrived on 9/10 at 3pm I was told they could not replace it for free since they didn’t put sensor on my car when the tires were replaced; even though I asked on the phone if they changed them on my vehicle when I purchased the tires and was told “Yes, that’s why we’ll replace it for you”. I was told if I purchased rims then they would have replaced it without a charge. They proceeded to tell me the representative made a mistake during the call and provided me with the wrong information and I could purchase a set from them for a little over $200 which would include installation. I didn’t like fact I went out of my way to be on time just to have my time wasted; this is the second time someone at this establishment has given me misinformation. Please do better!
