Painted bumper from here and this is a picture after one week in the garage with no driving, Paid for installation but they didn’t take it a part , white paint is all over on black parts of the car they took the car back but this is very inconvenient since I have to ride Uber back every time. And of course no car to ride till they are finish, I left the car again on 15th of march, today is 25 and still didn’t get any call back

The folks at MAACO in Skibo Road in Fayetteville NC did a fantastic job of painting my 96 Dodge RAM pickup. They were very professional, courteous and took the time to correct minor damages before painting. We dropped my wife’s black Volkswagen Beetle off on a Thursday, and it was ready for pickup by following Thursday. Forthid The original paint was very faded on the rooftop, and oxidized across the hood and fuel tank. I was not expecting much for a $800 paint-job. However, Maaco Of Fayetteville did an excellent job on restoring it. We are extremely pleased, and use this again, necessary. .

This is my second time using this location & they never disappoint or under deliver! They provide quality work & the staff is generous and pleasant! Left car w/Maaco on Skibo Rd Fayetteville NC for same color paint job w/some minor repair on hood . Picked up 4/24/25 my Dodge "true blue" is green tone, can't identify so can't match door trim. General manager next day says "tint variation" and they "followed the formula so nothing they can do, would come out the same even if repainted"! Maaco GM didn't even hesitate to say you initialed there may be a tone difference, no remorse or offer to match door frames for painting wrong color. Sad thing they did a goog job on the painting, wasn't mad just dissatisfied with lack of respect by GM because little lighter or darker is not the same as color difference. Also contacted Maaco online customer service and no response at 7 days of writing review. Rachel at front desk was great, GM just passed it off as what it is, only saying nothing can be done. I like the paint job, but it is about the color and customer satisfaction should be important! Looking at couple other negative responses seems normal is! "We would like to see if there is anything we can do to help make this right"! We will see, won't we!?

I'm very disappointed with the outcome. I went to Maaco in Fayetteville before with my daughter car and was pleased so that's why I brought my truck to them. I was told that it was a missed communication, because the only thing that was done seems to be wet sanding and painted. Bringing it to the professional and telling her what I was expecting wasn't what happened. The first picture is the end result. I removed the dent as best as I could and primed it, which can be seen on the other two pictures. The truck has over spray in the truck bed, the bumper, fender arch molding and the rear window. After seeing the outcome I was told to fix it will cost me what I paid already or if not even more.

MAACO in Fayetteville, NC are great. You will always get better what you ask for. Just remember that they have different paint jobs. Warranty works great as well, speaking by experience. All of the people that work at the front will answer your questions; they are very professional, polite, and patient. Most importantly, remember that the job can take more and/or up to two weeks. They will call you once the job is complete or for any updates if needed.

Please DO NOT take your vehicle here to be worked on. I turned my M235i BMW in last week to receive some repairs to the front bumper. When my vehicle was handed over to this company, it was CLEAN inside and out and with NO other damages to the vehicle. When I received my car back on yesterday, the inside of my car was completely covered in dust. Imagine, red and black interior, the center console, the roof, and the driver side door, that is entirely gray from dust and dirt. I walk around my vehicle and there’s damages to the rear driver side bumper as if someone side swiped something. MINOR damages that could have easily been voiced to me and fixed. There are TWO malfunction notifications on the scene , saying that the parking sensors are not functioning properly. A complaint was made to Macco, in which I received a call today from Austin stating that they’re not responsible for the damages done to my vehicle. This company does not have any morals whatsoever and doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. I am highly disappointed and they will NEVER receive my business again. Corporate has been notified. Please view damage in the photographs below. This is a real review. MORE to add onto this review. An insurance claim and police report were filed against Macco. My insurance company sent me to another company to review/repair the damages done by Macco. The newer company reviewed my front bumper and advised that Macco did not place the bumper on properly. They advised the sensors were off centered and were not recalibrated after the removal of the front bumper, the bumper is unaligned with the rest of the vehicle, AND Macco did not replace the clips to hold the bumper onto the vehicle. IF YOU HAVE A NEW MODEL FOREIGN VEHICLE, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO MACCO !!!! MORE photos have also been added. I cleaned the majority of the vehicle prior to photos of the inside, but imagine the inside of the entire vehicle this dirty and dusty. My vehicle was NOT taken care of while in the hands of the employees and staff of Macco !! The estimated price to repair my vehicle is $2,590, which includes the damages done by Macco and the negligence caused while replacing the bumper back onto the vehicle. Paid less than $250 for Macco to paint two front pieces black and LEFT WITH $2,590 WORTH OF DAMAGES !!!

Read this review before using this location. I decided to get my mom’s car painted, and this location has been nothing but a disappointment from the start. The manager was rude on the phone and tried to avoid honoring a discount that another location in Florida had given me without any issue for 2 of my vehicles. They told my mom the job would take max 5 days to complete. It has now been 10 days, and she’s had no car this entire time. I came into town for Thanksgiving and went by the shop to see what was going on. The car was sitting in the back, dirty, untouched, and in the exact same condition as the day it was dropped off 10 days prior. No updates, no phone calls, nothing. If they were backed up, they could have simply communicated that and asked us to bring the car later—but instead, they wasted nearly two weeks of my mom’s time. Their lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable, especially compared to the great experience I had at the Florida location. My mom has had to rely on Ubers and friends just to get to church and handle daily tasks. She was excited to have her car looking refreshed, and they didn’t even bother to start the job. I took the car back and will be choosing another paint shop. I absolutely do not recommend this location. Unprofessional and poorly managed.

These people are amazing. This is the second car I’ve had painted with him. My first one was my 2008 Chevy Malibu this one is a 2011 Kia soul.. I’ve been very happy with the paint jobs and the pricing. I was so impressed with the Malibu because I took it to Dogwood remembering it’s a 2008 and I was pulling through a really tight spot and someone was guiding me through it. he stopped me and he said I’m sorry I’d rather you go around, if this was an old car, I would say try it but not a new car like this one. The color and tone of the car is absolutely beautiful. On the 2011 Kia soul, I had chose to go back with black that was the original color to save myself some money, but I had mentioned that I like the new pewter colors on some new vehicle vehicles. When I went to pick the car up, I said that’s a beautiful car, but where’s mine? My black car was changed to the color I loved You would never believe it was a 2011. I will post more pictures later but here’s one of the Kia soul..

Maaco did an amazing job on my wife’s 2010 Altima!!! The old paint was cracked, peeling, just horrible. We did a color change from silver gray to pearl white. They painted the door ends, door jams. Our headlights were so yellowed you could hardly see at night. To our surprise when we picked up the car they had sanded, buffed and polished the headlight lenses til they looked like brand new ones had been installed. No charge for the headlights either! All done in just over a week Brittney, the secretary and scheduling associate was amazing. Very knowledgeable of the painting process. Called us and kept us up to date on the car’s progress. The manager was very pleasant to work with and had a serious hand on that business. Would I use them again, or recommend Maaco to a friend? ABSOLUTELY! Thanks Maaco for turning an “eyesore” into a thing of beauty!
