SCAM. Beware of shady practices and incompetence. These people will have you wait all day for an appointment to never show up. When they do show up days later. You’ll get charged $300 for a diagnosis and to flash software. Truck still never ran. Mechanic refused to come back out to make it right. After I finally cleared time in my schedule to tear into the truck the fuel injection control module had a broken connector and as soon as I plugged it back in the truck fired right up. This company has been given plenty of time to rectify this situation but refuses to contact me back. I would stay far away from these hacks.

Bad mechanic, told me my car had a wheel hub issue when it wasnt the case at all and it was really my driveshaft. Also failed to show up to an appointment I made even after telling me he was on the way. Do not use his service, he does not know what he is doing.

Let me tell you about Jerome! I'm visiting from the DMV area and all of a sudden, my key fob wouldn't work. Once I got someone to open my car door, I called Fayetteville Mobile Mechanic to replace my dead battery. He said he'd be here between 6:30-7pm and at 6:44pm, he pulled up, called me to let me know he was outside, and greeted my nicely. He was very kind and professional. He asked me a few questions just to make sure we were on the same page and then he got to work. Within an hour, he'd tested my alternator, my main and auxiliary batteries, and other things to make sure everything was OK. He explained to me the difference between the main and auxiliary batteries. I just really enjoyed his customer service and knowledge. We plan to work with him again on an older model Mercedes we have. He was amazing, professional, and friendly. 5 stars just don't quite rate the quality of service. 10/10!
