Horrible experience. Came in for an oil change. Was told it would be done in 15 minutes for a hour. One of the workers was sitting behind the desk with his headphones in. When I asked about my truck he finally started working on it. That was 45 minutes into the waiting process. Honestly people should just go to another spot in order for management to rethink the employees they have. Customer service and being friendly doesn’t matter all that much to me. Being efficient does and this place needs to work on its efficiency.

Single worst oil change experience of my life. Showed up and there was nobody at the store. Doors open, lights on, literally could have robbed the place. Had to finally get out of my vehicle to find them sitting on their car smoking "Cigars" Never asked me what type of oil I even wanted. Pulled the oil filter off without ensuring they had one in stock, and then had to wait for AutoZone to show up with a filter. Will never go back to this location. Strike 3 for a location that had already put the wrong filter on my car causing a massive oil leak in my drive way, and charging me for a tire rotation they never completed. Recommended finding somewhere else to get your oil changed.

Im sorry to do this but the price keeps increasing but quality of customer service is on a steep decline! Went in for service and they didn't even bother to inflate the tires. Now I can understand forgetting a step but the dash is a big warning light that says low air in 3 tires. You have to look at the dash to reset the service due light. I was told thats just what happens they forget to do steps because they were busy. Well now I wonder because the receipt says everything was done. So it was checked off but no one bothered to actually do it. That is just the beginning of the recent issues!

This was my first time visiting this location for services and let me tell you, I will drive all the way over here from now on! I went around 11am and there was no one there so my car was able to get right in the bay and get service immediately. As soon as I sat down, they called me to the counter to come pay 😂 I was like “Dang, I thought I was about to chill and get some stuff done”! Anyway, service was incredible and the staff was amazing!

Misleading Pricing on Wiper Blades I went in for a standard state inspection and was told my wiper blades were “streaking” and needed to be replaced or the vehicle wouldn’t pass. Fine — that’s normal. But the pricing they presented was extremely misleading. The sign listed options at $25.99 or $29.99 for “blades” — plural — which any reasonable customer would interpret as the price per set. Turns out that’s not the case. Those prices are per blade, which they did not make clear until checkout. With a military discount, my final bill was $74.22. That included $30 for the inspection, $10 for tint check, plus $25.99 for one blade and $29.99 for the other, on top of the emissions fee. Nearly $60 for two wiper blades is absurd, especially when the signage implies something very different. Customers should be aware of this pricing tactic before agreeing to anything. Extremely disappointing and feels intentionally deceptive. I won’t be returning. JiffyLube needs to correct their signage and make this right.

I have been going to this location for years and am never disappointed. I went in for an oil change. Staff was professional and respectful. I only gave 4 stars because my vehicle had not been vacuumed like they normally do and they didn’t change the sticker on my window to show me when my next service date should be. Other than that I was pleased with my visit and will return. 😊

Oil was changed. Light was never reset like claimed on paper they gave me. Damaged my hood. While the prop was still holding hood up, guy that was dealing with things under hood, tried to close it. FELT THE PRESSURE, let off of it, then pulled it down harder bending the whole hood. Waiting to see how this is handled at store level before climbing further up the chain. Work order number 35.
