Flow Nissian has taken great care of me. They have a great staff there.. from the receptionist down to the janitors. David Medlock was my sales representative and can’t say enough about him. I live an hour away and he has been responsive to every call and text when I had questions or concerns. He’s on top of it. We traded in my vehicle and bought a used car on the Lot. Very smooth and professional experience. I’ve been to dealerships that didn’t care to help beside the sale, this is not the case with Flow. They even lent us a car to use as everything was being finished. 5 stars for Flow & David!

I had an issue with my records and not understanding why my truck needed all of these unexpected repairs. My vehicle was not properly inspected the last time I went. They informed me that they have done a full clean sweep with some of the previous workers and have hired new employees due to the lack of professionalism. They apologized for this and worked with the repairs' price, provided a modest reduction in cost, and made sure that the process was smooth and easy. I expected to be at the dealership from 7:30 to 5:30 pm, and they were able to get my repairs finished right around lunchtime. I was very impressed with Ingrid and Jason and would highly recommend anyone to get any repair to be done here at Flow Fayetteville.

I had the pleasure of working with Tom to purchase my new Armada Platinum. He was out of this world, he was very professional and personal at the same time which made the experience easy and less stressful. There were certain things I wanted on the vehicle and he made sure that I got everything I wanted. The services department has steadily declined in customer service and it is primarily due to the extensive wait times. I scheduled an appointment for my wife to take my vehicle for a routine oil change and tire rotation at 12:45 and was not complete until 4:30. This is something needs to be communicated to customers if it is going to take more than 2 to 3 hours. Their excuse was that they were short staffed but that needs to be expressed prior to making the appointment so the customer can have an opportunity to seek service from another service department. Really disappointing experience.

Service department needs work. When you schedule an appointment for routine service they ask if you will be dropping the vehicle off or waiting there. They say it affects the appointment time. I was going to wait while my oil was changed and tires rotated. I arrived 8 minutes early to check in. I did not receive my vehicle until 3 hours past my appointment time! If the oil change is going to take such a long time they should let you know in advance so you can plan a huge gap in your day.

Dewayne Autry, Service Assistant, Derrick Brown Service Technician have "as always" ensured my vehicle received the full scheduled service as requested. I cannot say enough about this Service Departments professional work ethic! Our purchase of a new 2021 Nissan rogue was above excellent. Jamar handled the sale and answered all of our questions with patience, never in a hurry and you could tell he had really been trained well, his knowledge of the vehicles was extensive. Cam helped us in the finance department and again that experience was excellent, giving us good solid advice, never rushing us even though it was almost 9 PM. The dealership GM Steve has done an outstanding job putting this well trained team together, service that you just don’t see you anymore. I previously sold new cars for a few years so I’m a little harder to impress than most but I would give these folks 11 out of 10 stars. I would strongly refer anyone to purchase a car from flow Nissan of Fayetteville and we will definitely by there again in the future.

Extremely disappointed. My husband, senior citizen, retired military was taken advantage off as he trusted to be FAIR treated at Flow Nissan of Fayetteville. Inflated repair bill…as it is NOT common practice to NOT waive the diagnostic fee if you get the actual repair done. This was confirmed to me by other dealership in town. Message to service lane manager who stood there listening and doing nothing…YOU got us this time…now we are going to avoid this service department like the pest and know with certainty our NISSAN TRUCK will not be replaced with another new Nissan truck in the future!!!! Edit or amendment to previous survey: I tried to get assistance on closing out lease with my leased Nissan by attempting to speak to Kevin our previous salesman for husband’s new car. He didn’t seem to helpful and was told to call Nissan customer service for info on payoff and details. When I did so customer service did provide pay off but stated had to take to dealership to close lease options. When I took car back to Flow for last oil change I went in to lobby but not one person came up to ask if I needed assistance after I stood around for 10 minutes prior to walking out with no resolve to my lease. Drove to Nissan in Lumberton and received excellent customer service and resolve on lease. Just found my new dealership even if 45 minutes farther away!

Since first oil change, I told them something was wrong with the right front brake. They SAID they checked it twice during my next few oil changes and nothing was wrong… then had to get axle replaced under warranty. Had to prove to the service manager that it was actually broke because he didn’t believe me…. After that, there was very noticeable vibration. Of course the service manager said it wasn’t the axel. They looked it over and of course found nothing wrong on their end. I didn’t leave this time until we exhausted everything. Turns out they did tire rotation and DIDNT BALANCE MY TIRES! He didn’t even offer me to bring the car back the next day to have it done. I took my car to another dealer an hour away and writhin the first 3 mins of driving, their service manager heard something wrong with the brake unprovoked! The caliper was bad and fluid was leaking. They got it replaced for me under warranty and they had the tires balance and rotate! What do you know, NO MORE VIBRATION! This could have all been avoided if Flow would have tried to find the problem and fix it versus make it like there was no problem having me go back and forward up there because they weren’t diligent in trying to solve the issue. I will just make the long drive now to have my car serviced with TRUSTES professionals! Oh.. and new car tires only last 25k miles and aren’t under warranty! Found that out too… SMH
