Ms. Melissa Oldfield, of your Service department, was totally professional and responded to all of our inquiries. My main issue was the computer system that failed to provide us with the sales taxes owed, along the way to the final invoice. It displayed the maintenance items that I had Accepted, and the cost of the item, however there was not the subtotal, AND its resultant sales tax, so that there wouldn't be any final surprises. The repairs themselves were done to standard and are appreciated.

Purchased our vehicle here and had every single service for the past five years on all our Toyota vehicles completed here but over time the service, value, and reliability has went down hill so far and fast that we would rather drive an hour away for an oil change than go back. Lack of accountability, communication, assistance, always being presented with more and more things that need repair on a well maintained vehicle, and over all customer service is appalling. Appointment means nothing to them-more a suggestion than a rule. No system for line management when you enter the service area. No acknowledgment or check in, just stand there and hope one of the desk technicians bother to look your way and assist. No consideration for your time, money or concerns, they are just about packing in as many services per hour and charging as many repairs as possible on to each customer. We have given them more than enough opportunity to do better and instead it continues to decline into bad business 101. Done with bothering zero stars if it would allow.

He was very competent and knowledgeable, and he helped coordinate to get my plastic splash guard replaced and they were able to do it same day. Very reasonably priced also! I was working with Joseph and he really did a great job letting me sort through different options and find the exact truck I wanted. Presented me with fair pricing and the head of sales joined and also was very pleasant to work with. They ordered the exact on I wanted from concord. Then the next day my experience was a 180. Some guy “helping” out was interrogating me about why i refused to sign a paper before I see the vehicle I was buying. Very rude and un professional. The finance officer was also great with an up beat personality. Although I had to wait an extremely long time. The truck was supposed to be ready at 4 i didnt leave the dealership until after 7 PM and they disnt even feel the tank. Overall and okay experience. Everyone was great except for the finance officer that was “helping” out and the overpromised under delivered timeline. But Joseph was great 5 starts to him. The ladies at the front desk are super helpful and nice! Adding a star back!

I brought my Sienna in for the 15k service. I noticed a smell and had my husband look under the hood 2 days after the service. He found that the oil cap was off and just sitting under the hood and oil has spewed everywhere. I understand that mistakes happen but this could have been much worse. What else might they forget or neglect when you have your vehicle serviced? I called the dealership and had to wait for a manager to call me back. When the manager called me back(Casey) he said that it was interesting that my oil cap was off because they did not even do an oil change this service. I purchased my vehicle at this dealership and have only had service done at this dealership. I didn't remove the cap. I felt like he was saying I was lying. He offered for me to bring the van in to have it properly cleaned. My husband took care of it-the dealership is 45 min from my house.
