Mike and Chris are extremely knowledgeable and helpful by explaining things about my car‘s health and driving capability that I did not know, from having purchased my car from Carvana that came with bad brakes. There were so many other things that my car needed done as well and Mr. Tire took care of all of it! My car drives completely brand new and it is only a 2018, the process took about two hours, which was cool considering everything that I needed done to my car. I have been taking my cars to Mr. Tire for years and I will continue because of how excellent their customer service is and the performance that they do on my vehicle everytime! I am extremely grateful, happy, and thankful for my services. 😊 10/10 highly recommended.

This is my first time coming into Mr. tire and I was greeted by Mike and George at the counter. Each of these gentlemen were sure to inform me of everything necessary for me to leave happy and well informed for the work I needed to have done. ***Caution - Damaged my Rims unprofessional Tire Install” Scheduled an appointment for 07:30, technicians were late and they didn’t start to work on replacing tires until 08:24. Once the technician arrived Mr. Tire did not have the material to properly balance the tires, so I waited an additional 2-hours for the material to arrive. Upon leaving my vehicle tire pressure gauge indicated that all four tires were overinflated. When I adjusted the tire pressure I noticed damage to each rim on my 2024 F350. If you want to avoid damage to your vehicle avoid this store!

I work with wright traffic control and the company has us to take our trucks to Mr. Tire to get them serviced. I'm going to start taking my own personal vehicles their because they are friendly professional from the time you give them your keys at the counter to the shop were the technician at work. The best thing is you won't have to wait long and whatever you brought to get done to your vehicle it's done right. Wish I could give them ten stars. I highly recommend them

I came in as a walk-in with a slow leak in my tire. I initially brought it to Walmart (who couldn’t get my lug nuts off) then to the dealership (which was closed) so tried Mr. Tire as I passed by. They were able to take care of me on the spot and had no issues getting the lug nuts off!! Great customer service from the front desk reps to the service tech.

Came here as a walk-in. Jorge provided great service and the auto tech (apologies, I forgot your name) got things sorted out quick and easy. I recently got all new tires and forgot to get a wheel balance and an alignment. So I got them both here. Fair prices, quick work, great service. I drove up from Florida with a slight shake and slightly offset steering wheel. I just got back to Florida last night. No more shake and the steering wheel was straight. Rode like a dream and got 3-4MPG more on the way back. Thanks again. If I come back and need anything else, I’ll definitely come here.

Service was fast (30 minutes), and the guy working the counter was super nice and friendly and was super informative. I went in to get a new tire because my new one already got a screw in it sadly. My car isn’t even 8 months old. The reason I am giving them a low rating is because either while removing the old tire or installing the new one they chipped paint off the rim and because the rims are black it was definitely noticeable to me.
