Terrible experience here. Especially if you have an older car. THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WILL SCAM YOU. got told my car wasn’t fixable and not safe to drive. also that all my fluids were low. Went to another mechanic it was got fixed fast no issues at a reasonable price. and they checked all of my fluids and they were fine. stay away from bruno’s unless you want scammed out of $62 for a fake diagnosis

I had a phenomenal experience. Customer service was above and beyond. The technician that diagnosed and fix my problem was Josh and he definitely knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone that has any mechanical issues with there vehicle.

Thursday I came to do alignment here, the desk lady say $34 1 hr by inspection before do it, I was ok with that. 2nd time I came to fix a issue on the control arm i showed them the video with problem, but she say $109 now to do suspension inspection I told her for me not was making sense two different fees for same 1 hr service. I took my keys and Leave from there because I thought that not fair.

Brought my car in because all the Jeep dealerships had multi day wait times and I only have one car. Bruno’s diagnosed my electrical issue and replaced the parts all in the same day. Took about 3.5 hours. Labor prices were fair and cost of parts were as expected. Overall I am very satisfied with my first time experience and will be bringing my Jeep here for any future repairs.

My husband was out of town and I was having problems Mercedes. I had issues witht the local Mercedes dealer, and a friend told me about Bruno's. I have to say I was very impressed with the new Manager - I believe his name is Robbie. I needed a lot of work done and they completed it in a timely manner, they called me with updates as well as explained everything so I understood what they had to do. I will continue to take my vehicles to Bruno's. They are so much more personable than any dealership service center or a large name vehicle repair shop. If I could give them 10 stars they would easily get 10 stars from me! Don't think twice about stopping if you need anything worked on with your vehicle.

So, this was my very first time at this place. I read the reviews and I wanted to check it out. My car engine was giving off a knocking noise, so I decided to take it here. I called before I went in and the receptionist was very kind and helpful. I went in and right and the receptionist again was extremely kind and understanding. She help me through the whole process with my warrantee so forth and so on. She broke down what I will be paying for and the cost and why it cost what it cost. All in all I was helped and the rest of the staff there was understanding as well. I recommend this shop to everyone.

Went here when it was Meineke and now Bruno. Have always been impressed with the people here. From the moment you walk in the lady at the counter greets you and is knowledgeable. She does not hesitate to have a mechanic come out when I have extra questions like when I hear a sound and am concerned so it can be checked out. The mechanics are very nice as well. They do a nice job letting me know how long my service should take which I appreciate. The value and service keep me coming back for all my car service.

While traveling on interstate route 95 on our way to Florida, I heard a thumping, flapping sound from the undercarriage of the vehicle. We discovered that the front engine splash guard had come loose. We exited 95 in Fayetteville NC. We called a ford dealership and were told it would take days for the car to be serviced, being from New Jersey and on vacation that was not acceptable . We were at a light and saw the sign for Bruno’s Automotive and pulled in. We were greeted by James. We explained our situation and time constraints due to being on vacation and James said he would take a car off the lift and take a look in a few minutes. Within 5 minutes, James had the car on the lift and he and his coworker (I apologize for not getting the young man’s name) took a look. They discovered that screws and clamps were missing and the front engine splash guard had come loose, was hanging and that was causing the sound. James said that he could order the screws and clamp and reattach the part, or he could remove it and we could have it reattached when we got to our destination. Due to an appointment we had that afternoon we chose to get it done in Florida. James took the car down from the lift, we signed some paperwork and James told us there was no charge for the service. This does not often happen and it reinforces our belief that there are still good charitable people in this world especially when it comes to the service industry. Thank you James and the other young man.

Great service, great people with great attitude. Very professional, respectful and prompt at their work with great attention to details. They changed my engine after a catastrophic failure because of a oil changed went wrong from a different place, took it to a different big name repair shop after two weeks of agonizing wait and no updates they called me and told me they couldn’t find any engine. Went to Bruno’s after that, they told me it is hard to find engines but they will do their best, kept me updated and after a couple of weeks my car is running like a brand new one.

This place is excellent. Any bad reviews are just people who were probably scheming in the first place. Extremely knowledgeable fast, let me know exactly what was going to happen. I'll be back and so should you.

The best shop for military, they and honest and knowledgeable. I brought my car in for a diagnostic. The parts were expensive and Honda is on back order for a high pressure fuel pump. Don’t let me saying it’s expensive turn you away it’s that price for a reason. I sourced the parts personally did the labor myself and have had no issues. Places around base are sketchy and prey on military. This shop does not. Firestone jiffy lube or any other spot on post is trash. This is the spot I wish I remembered the guy at the desks name and the dude in the phone. I wish I found this place 3 yrs ago. DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE YOU WILL GET SCREWED.

They say every easy repair is one broken bolt away from being a nightmare. My truck decided to throw two broken bolts at them on an easy job that turned it into a nightmare. Michael did an amazing job working through it and keeping me updated on the progress and was extremely reasonable in charging for the extra work needed. Would recommend them to anyone

After 8 years of having a small rear quarter window tinted they wasted an hour and a half just to fail my inspection. And I still had to pay $33 Wouldn't even allow me to take it out so that it would pass. Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else.

DO NOT COME HERE. This places rips people off of their money. I came here because my check engine light has been on for several days. I asked them to take a look at it and they charged $109 for a diagnostic check. Their "report" came back that my evaporative emissions system line had a hole in it and that it needed to be replaced entirely. So I asked them if that's something I would be able to replace myself under the hood and she said it was under the car and that a special tool would be needed to repair it. I come to find out, that this part is actually under my hood as I guessed it was but the lady at the front desk insisted that it would be complicated to change myself because it was under the car. They lied to me and pressured me into them doing it at the shop. It was something I could've done on my own. They charged me a total of $381 for something simple where all I had to do was remove the part and put the other back in. The photo below is not mines but it shows where that exact piece is on my car.

The staff at Bruno’s is great!!! They are skilled, knowledgeable, and definitely honest in what they are willing/unable to do. Compared to the Jeep dealership I went to, they are VERY military friendly and care about fixing your vehicle. The business itself is clean and quiet, great if you need to do work while waiting. After I got quoted $4.5k for a repair at the dealership, I went to Bruno’s for a second opinion because I didn’t believe what the dealer was telling me and didn’t want to go far. After confirming multiple times, they found no issues with my vehicle and even took the time to check it again the next day. They even took the time to explain what the dealer was telling me versus what they believed and what they were going to test on my car. I am grateful and will be recommending them to my friends in the area!

For as long as I live in Fayetteville, I will never take my car to anyone else. Not only did they do all the repairs quickly, but they also gave me a really good price. When I first brought my car in they gave me a quote of nearly $6,000 worth of repairs. 6 months later I brought my car back in prepared to get the repairs. I told them that I had to wait to get them for financial reasons. They gave me a new quote, with about four or five things added to the quote and my quote had gone down nearly $1,000. When looking at the quote I soon realized that they were not charging me for labor or anything else, just simply charging me for the cost to the shop. The people that work here are helpful, hard-working, and overall great people. I cannot recommend a better place to take your car.
