This is long, but worth reading before you go somewhere else! I did not know Beasley's done insurance claims or I would have gone to him first. However, I went to Auto Glass Now in Fayetteville(BIG MISTAKE!). They replaced my windshield and because the pillars that are on the side were on recall from Ford, ¹I had to order aftermarkets Amazon. Auto Glass Now did order the ones from Ford and charged my insurance company, but they were the wrong ones. My insurance has NOT been reimbursed. These were over $500 from Ford. After they replaced my windshield and put on my pillars they gave me a paper which said I had a lifetime warranty of workmanship. I thought I was all set....WRONG!!!! About 2 months later I started hearing a loud noise that sounded like a bumble bee clearing coming from the bottom of my windshield. I took it back. They told me it was coming from the pillars and because they were aftermarkets it voided my warranty. THAT is NOT wrote in my warranty. This was the manager that was telling me this. So, I called the Auto Glass Now in Raleigh and explained what happened and asked to make an appointment to get another opinion. They said they would call me back. Never have gotten a call back. So, I called Beasley's. He came to the house and in 15 minutes he had my problem fixed. He even rode down the road with me to back sure the noise was gone. To me that is GREAT customer service. I no longer have the noise and I wished I had came here first. If I EVER need anything dealing with a windshield I will come to Beasley's Auto Glass FIRST!

Mr. Alex is very professional and great at his craft. He gave a quick response and stayed in contact with me until my front windshield was replaced. He makes sure that he has the correct windshield for your vehicle because you have to send him your VIN number and all specs about it. It was raining today and I didn’t think he would be able to get it done because I had no shelter at my house, but Alex made a way and replaced my windshield. He is also fast and very friendly. I recommend him to everyone. If you want your glass replaced correct, quickly and very affordable make sure you call Mr. Alex. I will be going to his business again.

I contacted Alex Beasley about replacing my back right passenger window on my Kia Rio. He was very helpful and professional in getting it replaced for a much more affordable price than their competitors. Despite my window being difficult to find, he had it ordered and put in in less than 2 days. He was able to replace it in the parking lot of my husband's job and vacuumed out the remaining glass we hadn't gotten to yet. If I could give more than five stars I definitely would! I had a large crack on my front windshield that stretched from the left corner to the middle. I called asking what the estimate would be and it was a super good price, much cheaper than what my insurance was trying to make me pay. I explained that I was just calling for my mom, and she would make the appointment. Turns out, she never did. So I called again over the month later and he still remembered me. He made me an appointment for only two days later, and throughout the wait he was very communicative about what the process would be especially since I lived a bit out the city. He fixed my front windshield in half an hour, I tapped the payment on his phone, and we were all set. He told me to contact him if I need help with anything else since the repair came with a lifetime warranty. All in all, excellent communication, great price, and efficient service. Will call again and recommend him to anyone trying to get their car windows repaired.
