That guy that works on mufflers (idk his name) extremely rude for no reason. Didn’t even get a chance to get a quote on exhaust work because I wasn’t having the unnecessary bad customer service. Literally rude for no reason from start to finish.

Went through a puddle during a recent hurricane and with multiple things running through my mind all at once, I was able to have peace of mind as soon as I dropped my car off. The updated system allows for real time updates throughout the repair process. Even with that being said, George (Mechanic) took the time to help me understand what had happened, what is happening and what to look forward to in the future. Truly felt like I was taken cared of when I needed it the most. They have definitely gained another customer for any and all of my mechanical needs!

I was sent to Ken’s after leaving the Cadillac dealership who quoted me $1600 dollars to repair my muffler. The guys at Ken’s had my car up on a lift and completely repaired in less than 20mins and it only costed me $64 dollars….. I’d recommend anyone with auto repair needs to take it to Ken’s. You won’t be disappointed!

Went by to get a price on performance exhaust for 2025 GMC. Charles wrote it right up did they immediately put on lift gave me an estimate and could do work right then. The price was great and work even better. Took some time but for quality work that’s what you want!! The end result was a great sounding. Truck that I was very pleased with and well worth wait.

I was referred to Liberty by a friend and I will say the service was Awesome. I called to see if they were open because due to weather and the young lady was Awesome on helping me. Once I arrived to Liberty I was greeted by everyone and assisted promptly. I advised what was going on with my car/muffler. They advised me of the steps and stated Tony would assist me on fixing my car. Car was fixed in a hour. Ther service here is awesome and fast. Very reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend Liberty and will come back for anymore services I may need in the future.

I wanted some custom exhaust tips and performance mufflers for my Mercedes G-Class. The first 3 muffler and exhaust shops I called told me they didn’t have parts for Mercedes, we’re too busy, and didn’t seem interested in working on my car. I called Ken’s and they were very friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. By 10am the next morning I had everything I wanted done perfectly and at a great price. I couldn’t recommend Ken’s Muffler & Auto Repair shop more!

I suspected/thought that I had an exhaust leak. After examining my vehicle, I was informed that there was no leak. The best and also honesty on their side/part is that, though they could have falsely claimed to have found a leak, they were honest with me and also did not charge me .It was free. I will always recommend them to friends and family.

Save yourself some time and frustration, get your exhaust done by a real shop. I spent half the money getting a custom exhaust from a guy who could do it "just as good for less"(see attached pic of the x pipe they removed). They work quick and the welds are super clean, price came in under the estimate given. Would recommend

This place charged me $739 for 2 pipes behind the muffler. I did pick out the tips. However the tips (exhaust pipe) was not put on correct. One side is straight, the other side is angled back. I noticed this when the truck was on the lift, I had been there for 4 hours & seen two other exhaust jobs come in & go out. Yes I was there before those 2

I towed my truck in to replace the fuel pump, get the fuel injectors cleaned & replace the throttle body! The mechanic I had was phenomenal! He was so thorough he pointed out other things I needed to replace before they cause an issue. My truck & myself were treated more than fair & I’m scheduled for another drop off in a few weeks. Great people & great work done here!!!
