We have been using Blue Ridge since 2006 when we moved here and a friend recommended it. Don is really telling you about what needs fixing and what can be pushed till later. I have an older Volvo and dashboard electronics recently gave up the ghost. Don said that it is connected in such a way that to get a new one, the dealer has to sync it with the car and the cost is $1,700. BUT. He knew a place in Boston that fixes them if he could have the car for 4 days to a week while he sent the part up. It cost $400 instead. He is great that way regarding giving you different options.

Don and his staff can confidently diagnose and repair any bmw from before the e9 to modern day. Prices are fair, and his shop is very effective. He has a nice spot to sit outside if you drop your car off for a quick job!

Prices are fair and they really care about your car. I'm not from Baltimore and asked the e36 FB group about a recommendation. They recommended Don and he was exceptional. Helen and I have been loyal customers of Blue Ridge for 20 years. We are the owners of two Mercedes, one a 240 D 1979 Diesel, and the other a 1995 C 280. I discovered this place while looking for a shop to do some routine maintenance and refused to take my 2012 BMW 3 series to a BMW dealership. The receptionist was very helpful and answered all of my questions when I called. It was easy to set an appointment and I was able to drop my car off the evening before. Mr. Don gave me a call before doing any additional work other than what we discussed. He made sure to tell me things I would need to have serviced in the near future as well. My car was ready the same day and the price for everything was reasonable. Everyone was professional and helpful at all times. If you're looking for this type of business, this is the place for you. This place is awesome. If you have a BMW, Audi, Volkswagen or Mini Cooper Don and his Team will take care of any repairs and maintenance.
